After settling into our suite on December 9th we decided to go to a bar for a drink, we were a little surprised to find the only draught available was Fosters or Peroni, but as this was poolside, we thought little more of it. We were on a 2 week cruise on Azura from 9th December to 23rd December. Flight for Gatwick with Jet2 was ok only 45 mins late but could have done without the 1hr transfer from Tenerife south airport to the ship in Santa Cruz. We bought the drinks package at huge cost, but a fab treat. by day 7 the drink choice was running out. Many of the bar staff told us they didn't have any idea when they would get more on board, and that since covid the choice of alcohol ad been very limited. We asked to cancel the package so they refunded to our on board account and then charged us for what we had left. I am still waiting ...
