We arrived exactly at our check in time and were able to check in immediately. It was an efficient check in with minimal queuing. It seemed many people had arrived earlier than they were advised and had to wait a long time in the hot lounge. Ship showing signs of age and lowered standards. In dining rooms lights not working and paint peeling on ceiling, stateroom carpet needed a good wet clean. However dining staff and room cleaners worked very hard, were obliging and pleasant. Food and entertainment generally good. Unfortunately, ship crew were short staffed and uncaring.
