We loved our 2019 Journey cruise so we were looking forward to a similar experience. Check in in Miami was flawless. Our balcony cabin was cramped, as we expected from earlier cruise. The big disappointment was the balcony. Very uncomfortable stark gray plastic chairs (knife edge style arms!) with a gray dining height table. We called it the interrogation cell with a view and ended up not spending ...
We chose this short, six-night Azamara cruise for several reasons: First, although we prefer longer cruises, two weeks or more, we faced some time limitations this trip, including work obligations and also meeting family and friends afterward for some spring training baseball games; second, we had heard some very good reports on Azamara from friends who really enjoyed the casual, small-ship ...

The changes to Azamara that are planned will be the death of this formerly 4-star line. Many repeat guest will never come back, including me.
Why?
Production shows by some great entertainers are being cancelled, ...
Having sailed Oceania many times wanted to try Azamara to see how they compare. We booked this cruise before they changed the itinerary mainly for Key West and New Orleans. They canceled the stop in the Yucatan and added Havana, Cuba as an overnight which made us very happy indeed. We were in a Continental Suite which is the same as the Penthouse suite in Oceania. The food overall was very ...
