First of all - Cruises ARE NOT my choice of travel - but went with a friend who has been on 20+ cruises
and likes Azamara. Personally I prefer to 'chart my own course' - I don't need/want to be
herded onto a boat. Too much time is wasted at sea - too little time to explore interesting

We chose this cruise as the itinerary included a stop close to Monte Carlo for the Grand Prix. The original itinerary was mooring at nearby Villefranche sur Mer but this was changed to Monaco where we tendered ashore for the race.
We had a balcony cabin which was nicely furnished and had UBS ports.

Food was great as was our cabin. The team onboard were generally very good. Entertainment was great until the Cruise Directors would sing and then it was dire - but some people seemed to enjoy it.

This was our 2nd trip on the Quest -- both during COVID.
We travelled in late October from Rome to Barcelona. Amazing service during that trip and while the service this time was very good it wasn't as impressive or sharp as in October. Staff seemed so eager back in October and have since dulled a bit in enthusiasm but they're still fantastic.

Pre-cruise we spent an enjoyable evening dining and walking around the Lincoln Road Mall, and afterward driving around the South Beach area observing the nightlife. We had done neither of those activities before.
