Friends had been on Azamara and suggested we join them. We were happy woth the itinerary, the ship was very nice and there were 2 very special events.
I gave a lower score because the service was less than acceptable. It seemed that the wait staff was staffed with a majority of new employees. It was very obvious.

This was our first Cruise with Azamara. Unfortunately our expectations were not met.
We knew that the “Quest” was an older ship but did expect that the service, food etc. would compensate for that.

We booked this back to back a year before whilst on the Journey. Check in at Singapore was the worst we’d experienced in our long cruising history. Once aboard the customary welcome glass of champagne was not offered although other guests were walking around with them.
In fairness our balcony cabin was lovely - spotless clean with regular towel/bedding changes.
