Azamara "Policy" is to completely IGNORE any concerns or medical issues starting at the "Corporate level". We spent 7 days with the Onward ship of which is clean and service people are great for the majority with a few exceptions in waiters and bar tenders but the problems started day two:

Azamara's tech upgrade is a nightmare. You cannot log into your record, even though they say that they are working on those pax within 30 days. Nope. We were on the Quest in early 2019, love it and wanted to go again but COVID-19 hit.

Food was great as was our cabin. The team onboard were generally very good. Entertainment was great until the Cruise Directors would sing and then it was dire - but some people seemed to enjoy it.
