Instead of looking forward to our cruise, we only had pre-cruise stress due to their new computersystem/website. All (financial) info on their website was incorrect and we were not able to contact anyone by mail or telephone for 7 weeks!

Avid cruiser, many times with Holland and Cunard.
First time on Azamara and was in a suite. It will be our last. Exceedingly poor value.
