Azamara's ships are older and beginning to show their age but are clean and well-maintained. Our wheelchair-accessible suite was comfortable with plenty of storage. The ship has an elegant interior which is kept spotlessly clean. All passengers were greeted with a glass of champagne on embarkation which foreshadowed the great service for the whole cruise. This was my second cruise with Azamara and, booking very early, I landed a suite as a solo and "what a difference a suite makes." First time was in a veranda cabin -- not bad, aside from the notorious shower, but very small. The suite is essentially twice the size, the bathroom much bigger and the veranda wonderful. Overall, I would give the cruise about a 4.8. The things that bothered me didn't warrant much of a negative review, so I wouldn't knock the cruise down too much.
