Cabin 7003
Apr 2017
Expectations not met By: Downunder cruiser
Cabin 8003 the noisest cabin we have ever had. Right next to the 24 hour pump room. We did finally get used to the noise which was a constant/continual loud humming. A couple of times during bad weather the pump was off and it was blissful! The room was identical to the room we occupied in the 1st sector (8066) apart from the location and the noise. Sufficient hanging space and drawers. Beds comfy. TV was positioned badly for viewing in bed. Lighting dull unless all cabin lights on. Small cabins and very, very small bathrooms! Nice and modern though.

Cabin 7068

The cabin was not at all cramped with lots of wardrobe space and even enough shelves in the bathroom. We took all the alcohol out of the fridge and filled it with water. We also had to ask for the fresh fruit to stop arriving as it took up lots of space and we really did not need any more food! A great touch was the USB sockets under the bed side lights which meant charging phones was no problem. The bed was so comfy and the room so dark and quite that I don't think we have ever slept so much (though the unlimited free wine may also have helped)

Although a little smaller than other cabins, it was quite adequate for us as we only use it for sleeping and bathing.

Cabin 7043

Cabin was close to a room used by the staff for storage. Some noise in the mornings when they used this room frequently.
