Azamara "Policy" is to completely IGNORE any concerns or medical issues starting at the "Corporate level". We spent 7 days with the Onward ship of which is clean and service people are great for the majority with a few exceptions in waiters and bar tenders but the problems started day two:
1. Day two the ship offered a buffet of which included under cooked meats and improperly ...
We were on the Quest in early 2019, love it and wanted to go again but COVID-19 hit.
We chose this "new" ship for its itinerary and Azamara reputation, oh boy!!! we were in big disappointment from the start.
Three (3) hours delayed at the embarking terminal after 26 hours flight from the left coast, we just need to check in our cabin and rest.
We were very disappointed in the condition ...
Bitterly disappointed. Encouraged by my travel agent to choose this cruise line, I am bitterly disappointed in the “new “ Onward. Spiffed up a little but definitely not as new as advertised. Many doors and walls in need of paint, our toilet is old and shockingly stained, stateroom could be much cleaner. Our cabin actually has a desk door hanging nearly off its hinges. I think they only spent ...
I have held off writing a review as I had given Azamara every opportunity of responding to my complaints but after receiving five acknowledgements of thanking me for reaching out to Azamara and will be replying in detail in seven days but never hearing from them I have now given up. I had intended to take a case to the County Court but now find that they have conveniently located to Ireland which ...
Food was great as was our cabin. The team onboard were generally very good. Entertainment was great until the Cruise Directors would sing and then it was dire - but some people seemed to enjoy it.
Dj Connor was brilliant and we were usually last to leave at night. Being able to enjoy dinner at the back of the ship and eat outdoors was a real plus and we toom advantage of that when we could. ...
My wife and I have been on dozens of cruises on almost all the major lines. This company is part of the Royal Caribbean/Celebrity family of companies. The cost of Azamara is at least double of Celebrity for the same size of room and three times the cost of Royal Caribbean. They are using cost to imitate a high end cruise line, sorry Azamara, you’re a long way from being a top tier line. ...
On the first day of the cruise (October 28), my mother was giving my son a shower and he had found a piece of broken glass on the shower floor, picked it up and gave it to her. My son is 15 months old - if he stepped on the glass or ate it, my son could have been seriously injured. They moved my mother and son to a different room where the shower did not work and they had life boats in front of ...
We prior had cruises with the Quest, and had a desire to see a Grand Prix. But, Azamara is engaging in gouging their guests. The price of the Grand Prix excursion was $299.00 pp for two days admission. We had to walk to the event ourselves, and Azamara issued us tickets which showed a price of 66 euros ($66.00) This is ticket scalping. We complained onboard, and a month later(after research) ...
Rip Off - Imagine this is a luxury cruise which charges $29.95/day for Internet
Additionally, they charge $30 for the Specialty Restaurant PER PERSON
We have been on several luxury and non Luxury cruises and none charged for the specialty restaurants.
We would definitely not recommend Azamara Cruise Lines to anyone.
The only reason we chose Azamara Cruise Lines is because of the good ...
This was the Monaco Grand Prix cruise. We were planning to take SilverSea but their cruise was too long. The Quest was billed as a 5 star ship, so we had high, unfulfilled expectations.
Not withstanding an alleged recent rehab, the ship looked old and run down. Our displeasure began with boarding when we were moved from pilar to post around the ship in Nice for health forms at one station, ...
