There were 591 on this cruise (ship accommodates about 675) with a crew of about 400. This is considered an upscale line and ship and it is. The ship and crew did a fine job. We wanted to see parts of South America. We enjoyed the food and service. The excursions were pricey so we did most touring on our own in ports. Club continent suite. There were approx 520 guests on board (max capacity 690)
Greece dropped the need to have a negative covid test the day we boarded!.

We went from Athens to Cyprus, then Israel for 5 days (2 ports), then Crete and back to Athens. We stayed at the Electra Palace. Very good location, good shopping and restaurant near by. We also ate at the hotel. Breakfasts were excellent. Dinner on the 7th floor with the Acropolis overlook us. spectacular.

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary, the destinations were mostly good apart from a change to Nauplion instead of Spetses. Been on the Quest twice 2016 so was looking forward to sail on this " New" ship. Don't know where the other reviewer's comments about aloof crew came about but I found them all extremely friendly and approachable and all the wait staff eager to please. It must be difficult to staff up a new ship and mould them into the Azamara way, I believe there was only 20% previous Azamarans on board.

Having previously traveled on Celebrity and Royal I wasn't sure what to expect. I really like the small ship feel and the personal interaction with the staff and crew.
