On returning home to Australia we checked our bank account and noticed an unauthorised deduction of over $400 AU dollars.
Numerous phone calls and promises to replace the money..that they admit should have never been taken from our account in the first place...we are still waiting.

Maybe my expectations were too high. Having cruised Oceania and Regent as well as many other lines, I was under the impression Azamara was 6 star.
