"Our cabin was at the rear of the ship on Deck 8, the stateroom was a good size with a nice balcony, we were in 8090, overlooking the wake we were straight underneath the Sunset bar, we did not get any noise from upstairs at all.The bar service throughout the ship was excellent, we did spend a lot of time in the Living Room...."Read More

1-8 of 8 Azamara Quest Cruise Reviews for Senior to Africa
We travelled on Quest from Singapore to Athens after a Xmas Silverseas Spirit experience and the difference could not be more stark. Yes we did a review after our Xmas experience and now compare the amazing difference.
Quest crew were excellent all happy and friendly and seem to want to be there and make your trip pleasurable.
Things like the nightly shows were at a reasonable time 8.15 pm ...
We travelled From Piraeus - Dubai on Azamara Quest, from Oct 29 - Nov 15.
We boarded the Azamara Quest in Piraeus (Athens) and after we finally got onboard, we started to have a great time.
There was a delay of nearly 2hrs to board the ship, due to only 1 customs agent working at the Port.
We went straight to our safety demonstration once onboard, then off to the cabin , we were greeted ...
Firstly can I say, I'm baffled by the previous two negative reviews given that we were on the same Mumbai to Cape Town Cruise December 28. I do agree that the on board service was delivered in the usual outstanding way and this included Guest Relations enquiries. We had little or no issue with the unlimited WiFi included in our booking deal. We travelled in a Verandah Plus Cabin on Deck 8 which ...
Thank you Aussie Travel Bird for the lovely 5-star review. We SO appreciate your loyalty to Azamara...23 cruises and counting, WOW! We can't wait to welcome you back aboard soon!

We had been on Azamara before and pretty much knew what to expect except now it is mostly all inclusive. One of the things we really enjoyed was eating lunch in the main dining room on sea days (and we had 10 of them). I thought it would be crowded but it was not at all- never had a wait. They usually had one breakfast type entree to choose from- good for us late risers! Service was excellent ...

We have cruised well over 30 times and this was one of the best experiences ever! It started with Captain Carl Smith. He was so wonderful and full of personality. The crew was exceptional and what's best of all, no samm annoying fee's for every liquid beverage. That's right! Drinks and gratuities were not billed separately. The shows, crew and size of the ship was perfect for us! The ...
We love days at sea and we love the smaller ship experience. It had been almost 10 years since we were last on Azamara Quest and we leapt at the opportunity to do another transatlantic on the ship. Azamara didn't disappoint. The Quest is still beautiful and in good condition - clean and well-maintained. The staff to a person were all outstanding - cheerful, competent and eager to assist. The ...
Thank you 2Gypsies for the review. Your comments are so appreciated.
I'm sorry about the lack of port information on your Trans-Atlantic sailing. Usually we are good about these things. There...
Fourth cruise with Azamara (and fourth cruise ever!). Wonderful to do the Trans Atlantic and it was all that I have come to expect on Azamara. Once again the whole crew from Captain Carl down were so friendly, professional and engaged. The stateroom was always beautifully presented and the bed was very comfortable. Food was great and the whole ambience of the ship was so relaxing and perfect for a ...
SAFE HAVEN
The code words "Safe Haven, Safe Haven" from the voice of Captain Carl Smith Master of the Quest over the loudspeakers alerted the ship placed under lockdown. The passengers and the crew moved towards the center of the vessel. We were now in the Gulf of Aden, notorious for pirate activity.
Captain Smith sounded the all clear signal after a few minutes ending the exercise. He further ...
