"The service was good in parts great to see so many of the senior crew around the ship regularly but unfortunately each night in the resultant you got moved around and never saw the same waiter or sommelier. In the windows cafe some of staff we close to being rude at times for example I was waiting for about 3 people to order eggs once I got there they waiter turning to me and said “I’m not serving you” and walked away!..."Read More

We were a party of 4 couples on our first cruise with Azamara. We were very pleased the ship, the food staff etc. Embarkation was a bit chaotic but we was on after an hour. Ports, Montevideo had Azamazing night which was very well organised and entertaining, a city tour including a very good Tango show in bar Fun Fun, very enjoyable. Puerto Del este, we walked to a beach. Santos, advertised as San ...

We took this cruise as We had a credit from 2019. The ship looked like the Quest but there were differences. The food was fine but not great. The staff were excellent especially the concierge. The room was adequate-abit worn. The lecturer Dr. Joe was great. We would have liked more of this type of activity.. The onshore excursions seemed to lack good guides. City tour and Sugar loaf in ...

We chose this cruise because it had a great itinerary, starting in Buenos Aires with 3 days in Rio during Carnaval, and it included Uruguay. We loved the itinerary, the staff on the ship was outstanding, helpful, friendly and seemed happy. Food was Ok, not what we had experience on a previous Quest cruise. In the restaurant the food was Ok,but not great most of the time, but the buffet didn't ...

First time on Azamara and we were impressed. Only issue in two weeks was slow service at the pool grill and changes were made by the staff to fix it. Truly a great experience and brings back memories of the service levels and attention to detail that have disappeared on the large main line ships. We had a suite and access to the up graded dining and every meal was spot on. The main ...

So we were a little younger than most on the Ship but we weren’t to bothered with than until we found a few older people became rude and grumpy. Jumping lines constantly and on more than one occasion people arriving late to shows and demanding the best spaces to sit. And of course deck chair hogs need I say more. The service was good in parts great to see so many of the senior crew around the ...

Azamara Pursuit Falklands and Fjords Voyage I am discoverer plus with Azamara and I have started cruising with this company in 2009. This was a 17 night cruise from Buenos Aires to Buenos Aires. The itinerary was excellent. Ports of call were Montevideo, Punta del Este, Stanley, Ushuia, Punta Arenas and Pueto Madryn. The highlight of this cruise was for me cruising the Beagle Channel where ...

This was to be our exploration of coastal South America from the safe and comfortable base of a quality small ship. And so it proved, for the first four of the nine ports as well as up-close appreciation of two huge glaciers in the Chilean fjords. But the final five ports including destination Lima were progressively denied our ship as Covid19 hit South America, despite the vessel being free of ...

We chose this cruise because we had enjoyed the Pursuit/Captain Carl Smith on our previous cruise to Antarctica in January 2019, We started our 21-day South American cruise 3/1/20. We enjoyed the ports of Punta Del Este Uruguay, Montevideo Uruguay, Ushuaia Argentina, and Punta Arenas Chile. Then our cruise got VERY interesting. Our wonderful Capt. This was our first Azamara cruise and we were so impressed with everything, we decided that we will be an Azamara Customer for life. The service was fabulous and with a smile. The food in the dining room was fabulous and the menu had many choices. Pool area had some shade with lounge chairs to get out of the sun. The gym was great with a view, plenty of equipment and area for yoga ...

We started our 21-day South American cruise on 2 March after spending a few days exploring Buenos Aires. We enjoyed the ports of Punta Del Este and Montevideo in Uruguay. Azamara is famous for their unique AzAmazing Evening Events. Ours was at the National Theatre of Uruguay, Teatro Solis where we witnessed a Carnival Gala. We also sailed to the ports of Ushuaia, Argentina, and Punta Arenas, ...
