First, the positive impressions - as compared to my expectations:
- Service was outstanding! They were right on top of everything without being overbearing.
- Cruise itinerary due to smaller ship size. Even when tenders were required it was efficiently operated.
- Food quality and presentation.

Food choices were not of my liking but sure for others it was great. I think too much seafood for sure being served in with pasta, also usually was served just luke warm. Entertainment not as good as usual. D-Day tour was not great at all, terrible guide. Would have been nice if they would have arranged a D-Day tour for the 100 plus Canadians on Board. Went with others who chose this boat. After going aboard, we understood their dysfunctional website better. No attention to detail.
On a cruise whose principal attraction is the scenery, the windows in the common areas were dirty. The scrolling info TV channel that has a view out the front of the ship was dirty.
Smallest stateroom we've ever had.

This was my 53rd cruise. I have been on most all of the popular cruise lines. My Aunt and Uncle have praised Azamara to the highest and recommended that I give it a try. Azamara does some things great, but a few things are in need of serious improvement.
