This Cruise was over priced and it absolutely under delivered, consequently we will never be sailing with Royal Caribbean again.

This was the worst travel experience of my life. It was our first time on a cruise and certainly the last with Grand Princess. This cruise is suitable for 60 year olds and above only. Embarked in Sydney Australia for 12 day cruise to NZ, embarkation was seamless. Throughout the cruise the staff were friendly & went above & beyond. Cannot fault the staff they are the only redeeming factor in the Royal Caribbean experience.

Positives: (1) we were on board within a half hour of arrival to the the pier. (2) my dh and i won 2 trivia contests which had actual prizes-bottles of champagne (3) the princess app on the phone was easy to navigate.
