I would never recommend this cruise ship to anyone. We joined this cruise to celebrate our special wedding anniversary - this is our 7th cruise - but unfortunately its all about money and not passengers. Our towels in cabin were not changed for 6 days - apparently the laundry couldnt cope with daily changes. The cafes food was the same for 14 days, tables not cleared when passengers left - ...

We picked this cruise to see New Zealand, This compete fast began on a sour note with the ship being 6 hours into the cruise and a death occurred on board, the boat returned to Sydney to remove the dead person. Went on this cruise for my late honeymoon with my wife. Service and staff was generally amazing, the team keeping the ship clean and serving the food in the Brittania restaurant were top notch. Positives: (1) we were on board within a half hour of arrival to the the pier. (2) my dh and i won 2 trivia contests which had actual prizes-bottles of champagne (3) the princess app on the phone was easy to navigate. Seems like Princess are skimping on staff. Distinct lack of drinks waiters. Having to wait up to 20 minutes for a waiter to come by. Cost of drinks very expensive. Basic glass of wine $15.one would think that it would pay to have extra staff as this is where a lot of money is made.
