Before we departed on our trip, excursions were cancelled by Viking. So we arranged independent tours only to have to cancel these excursions because Viking cancelled 2 ports during our cruise. Imagine being on board and having to call tour companies and tell them our port was cancelled and can we get our money back within a 24 hour notice of cancellation. This was a nightmare.
