If you are taking a cruise that takes over 20 hours to get to you should maximize your stay. We made sure we allowed for a couple of days in Auckland before the cruise and Sydney at the end of the cruise. After reading some terrible reviews we still went ahead with this cruise and were very, very happy we did.
The ship was clean and tidy at all times as was the cabin.
