We chose this cruise purely for the itinerary and the dates. Seabourn was not available for what we needed. We found the restaurants to be pretty good. Not a very good experience at Le Champagne. Several of the dishes had been sitting for awhile with mushroom soup being lumpy. Cruise line. We have sailed with Silversea 5 times. This last cruise service and food has gone down hill. The buffet breakfast service was poor. The Grill food was poor. The Le Champagne restaurant was excellent as well as the Italian restaurant for dinner. The highlight of the service was the room butler. He was very attentive and efficient with a good personality. We traveled with our adult children (separate cabins). We enjoyed the size of ship and the shore excursions. The ship staff was not that good at keeping track of passengers or helping those with mobility issues on the excursions. The food was good although I was expecting the quality to be higher.
