This was actually two seven day B2B cruises. However the itinerary suited us perfectly. Our first time on the Royal class. Beautiful ship though I think I prefer the Diamond class - just that little bit smaller.

We spent time in Athens, Delphi, and Meteora before the cruise.
Taking a taxi to the port was much better than trying to save money using public transportation.
We were thrilled with our little balcony, our first after 13 cruises. I think we are now converts! It was especially lovely in the evenings to sit and read.

We had an EXCELLENT Med cruise on Emerald Princess about 4 years ago. This was a different itinerary but we expected just as good an experience this time. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't great. Good points;

We chose this cruise because we sailed princess in 2013 and really enjoyed the food and entertainment. We waited for the Royal because the balcony rooms have sofa beds and we were traveling with our son.

Just back from enjoyable cruise. Embarkation quick. Ship in good condition. We had previously sailed on Regal 3 yeas ago and did notice some cutbacks- mainly in deck bars drinks quality and MDR choices but on nights we went we still managed to find something!!Food in Horizon court was great-don't miss the seafood buffet!Crown Grill was good too.

when you make a complaint, you expect to be listened to?
1) boarded on the Saturday and balcony area and glass were dirty - at first I thought the glass was frosted??!!
