This is my 6th cruise with Azamara and I keep coming back so I must enjoy it! The staff of course is the reason, but a lot should be said for the Azamara clientele. I met so many nice people and enjoyed great company. I have cruised the big lines but I will never go back, and the main reason I stick with Azamara is the solo-traveler price. That said, the prices have steadily increased over the ...

This was our only Azamara cruise, although we have cruised more than 30 times on many different lines, our favourites being Celebrity and Cunard. We are a married couple aged 55 and 61 and just love to cruise. We chose this one as we were told by many many people that Azamara was a step up from Celebrity in service, food and entertainment. Unfortunately we were totally underwhelmed by our Azamara ...

This was our third cruise an Journey the last being about 3 years ago. Embarkation was brilliant, we only paused long enough for them to register our credit card then up to the café for lunch and wine. We had a last minute upgrade (we are Captains Club Elite on Celebrity) from a standard outside to a continental suite which is about 50% larger, the balcony too, plus a butler who we hardly saw. ...

We have been on over 15 10-14 day cruises on Celebrity and a few on Prncess- the big and mid size ships and enjoyed them immensely. When we met other cruisers on these cruises they as well as our travel agent raved about Azumara. When we found a back to back itinerary we liked 18 months ago we booked the Azamara cruises. Due to the number of cruises on Celebrity we were at a high tier in the ...

Well I resisted the temptation in the title to say Azamazing Journey on Journey so here it is. Hopefully a review of our cruise will help others to enjoy the experience. Flew down from Newcastle and spent some quality time in BA lounge at T5. Good to see that the bacon sandwiches are as good as ever as a 6.30am from NCL is not conducive to breakfast before our flights. Good journey to Athens ...

So this was my partner's first cruise - so the bar is set very, very high for future cruises! We boarded the ship in Athens after a quick cab ride from our downtown hotel. There was a strike that day - so we were worried about getting on the ship and getting out on time. It all worked out great. We boarded about 12.15pm and went upstairs to the lunch buffet at the Windows Cafe. Lunch was pretty ...

What's not to like is the answer you would receive on our May 6th cruise on Azamara's Quest by the guests. Our first Azamara cruise is what we call superior even to Seabourn. This line does indeed have their act together compared to other cruise lines. The food was excellent both in the cafe, dining room or specialty dining. The offerings for breakfast and lunch were so varied that it met ...
