I have over 10 years of cruising history with over 20 cruises on various line. I have seen better and lesser conditions on cruises over that time BUT The cruise that I have just taken on MSC on the Splendida on Feb 14 has been an example of the worst that I have ever experienced.

we chose this cruise for the itinerary the ship is ok the cabin was fine dining was not good in the bora bora food was cold or luke warm restaurant was better but still on occasions it was only warm entertainment was better when we were at sea for 12 days not able to dock anywhere we had a great waiter whose name is Dinmark one off the best waiters we have ever had on a cruise

I had high hopes about my first cruise with Costa. Needless to say they were wasted.
This 2 week cruise was part of a six week package which incuded 4 weeks with P&O.
Information about the Costa cruise line was sparse as my booking agent had not had dealings with them before.

This Cruise was a great Cruise
Lot's of Americians and British onboard, Once you got used to them and their behaviour was a all good.

I chose this cruise because it’s Far East itinerary (save for Sihanoukville which is terrible) was excellent. We didn’t have a Far East cruise just Singapore-Thailand-Singapore due to port closures because of coronavirus. NCL should have offered cancellation and a full refund at embarkation. Just returned from this cruise. It was terrible. It should have been cancelled but NCL put greed first. They put us at risk of Coronavirus by allowing people on board who may have it. Only allowed to dock at 2 of the 7 ports on the itinerary. Spent 6 days at sea. Also 1 of the 2 ports was Sihanoukville in Cambodia.
