Far to many issues to mention but generally product is ok, ship old and needs a refit. Suites are old but clean and butler service was a nice touch. Food is good but execution and service levels poor. No one goes out of the way to make you feel special. Is second rate to Seabourn who provide that extra touch. We booked the Navigator Alaska tour Anchorage to Vancouver July2-9,2014. We were assigned Suite 870, last cabin at the end of the ship. We discovered SEVERE VIBRATION and noise immediately departing the pier, which lasted the entire trip.
