I am glad we were booked on a small ship and were able to cruise Glacier Bay, but we will never cruise with Princess again. The ship is in desperate need of a complete overhaul. Everything was old and outdated. Princess also needs to overhaul the food and entertainment onboard. I have never had such bad food on a cruise ship. Never do Princess again. They made a mistake and overcharged us and said we would get an on board credit which I was ok with but it never happened. Ship staff could not help. When we got home Princess apologized and gave us a $100 credit toward another cruise. Entertainment was inconsistent as were the meals.
