I wanted to get my National Parks Passport stamped at Denali NP and Glacier Bay NP. This land/cruise tour offered those opportunities. We were escorted from the time our plane landed in Fairbanks until we arrived at Vancouver Airport a week later. All excursions were extremely well organized and presented. We chose this trip because we’ve never been to Alaska and wanted to see a lot. We did the right thing by doing the 5 day land tour first. Embarkation/Disembarking was very good. Entertainment was great. They had a comedian who engaged the audience in a fun way. We had the paid coffee package which was just okay. Getting on and off the ship was very easy and mostly smooth.
The ship was very clean and the mini-suite with balcony was everything you could ask for.

Inland, Alaska is spectacular as seen from the sea and very familiar to a Kiwi though on a much grander scale than my own New Zealand
