REGENT SEVEN SEAS REVIEW Last Fall we went on a Regent Seven Seas Alaskan tour. It was the worst trip I have ever been on in my life. It was also the only trip my family did not plan, and book, by ourselves. I have been to more than 25 countries (including Russia, Japan, East Germany, and Peru) as well as 40 states. Although tested the day of departure, I got Covid 19 and had to be taken off ...

We were blessed with amazing weather in late May. Every day was fantastic during a 7 trip voyage. The ship was 60% full and the first voyage of the ship after the COVID closure. Crew was super excited and friendly - it was just a great atmosphere and the experience was fantastic. We truly enjoyed the restaurants, particularly Silver Note and La Dame. Kaiseki was closed during lunchtime given the ...

Love the Expedition Cruises! The locations visited are amazing and without hords of tourist. The Expedition Crew are so knowledgeable on the locations; People, flora, fauna and wildlife found there. We love the small ship size: The entire Crew is friendly from the waiters, bartenders, bus boys & housekeeping personnel to the Bridge crew and the Captain himself. The food is 5 star across the ...

Overall very disappointing experience

Review for a Alaska Cruise on Seven Seas Mariner

This trip which was supposed to be very special for my husband and I, for our 40th wedding anniversary, turned out to be very bad and disappointing. It was absolutely far from our expectation of this cruise line with its so called great reputation, and the huge amount of fair we paid. Transportation was supposed to be included but we were asked to pay $290 for transportation to the boat from ...

Great cruise slightly let down by service levels

1. Anchorage - Hilton is average and why bother with that breakfast on the 15th floor before the shuttle. Just a miserable bacon and eggs with some bakery items and terrible fruit. That is not a great way to start a cruise. If you are going to offer this (and I really did not even expect it), just let people go to buffet downstairs which is much better. We did the coastal bike trail - great easy ...

Alaska Cruising, Whales Yes, Bears No!

We landed in Anchorage and bused to the boat! What appeared to be a two hour bus-ride became a scenic tour with a very witty and knowledgeable driver. Arriving in Seward we were greeted with champagne, smiles and more champagne. Our room was inviting, well laid out in-keeping with a luxury experience. The common rooms were all equally well laid out, well kept and luxurious. The food was generally ...

Just Fair

Review for a Alaska Cruise on Seven Seas Navigator

Far to many issues to mention but generally product is ok, ship old and needs a refit. Suites are old but clean and butler service was a nice touch. Food is good but execution and service levels poor. No one goes out of the way to make you feel special. Is second rate to Seabourn who provide that extra touch. Free tours generally are a waste of time though paid are fairly good. Don't ...

We booked the Navigator Alaska tour Anchorage to Vancouver July2-9,2014. We were assigned Suite 870, last cabin at the end of the ship. We discovered SEVERE VIBRATION and noise immediately departing the pier, which lasted the entire trip. We discussed the problem with Executive Concierge and told "they were full" and we couldn't be moved. Total cost of our trip was $16,751.00. We were unable to ...
