We cruised the inside passage of Alaska for a week. No complaints at all. Our cabin attendant Maria was very pleasant as were all of the waiters and other staff. Our room was refreshed a couple times a day. Plenty of storage space which is very handy. A large picture window so we had a good view. We were on the 5th floor. From terrible food to abhorrent customer service, Princess Cruises made what would have been a wonderful journey to Alaska an absolute nightmare.
They lied on their sales material, not to mention promising they could provide babysitter and then waiting until we were on the ship to tell us they cannot do so.
