The Jewel is a pretty ship, especially the atrium and the glass elevators. Refurbished in 2017, it is still in good condition. Our cabin, 1540 was a junior suite. This was my fifth cruise and the oldest and smallest ship I’ve been on. It was an excellent experience. The Dawn is still very well-maintained and didn’t feel dirty or old in the slightest. Although the Pearl is not one of the larger NCL ships, we chose this cruise for the Itinerary it offered to Scotland, Norway, Ireland, France, London, Belgium and Amsterdam.
