This was our 5th ACL Cruise so obviously, they are doing something right. That said....for the price and advertising as a luxury cruise, they should do so much better. Summary: Poorly trained staff, inadequate staffing, chaotic alcohol service, mediocre cuisine and 20th century room design made this our first and last American Cruise Line experience.
