We chose this cruise because AMA has such a good reputation. We enjoyed the staff very much and the tours were excellent. The biggest disappointment was the quality of the food. It was not that good. In fact, some days it was hard to find anything on the menu that was enticing. Perhaps it was because this was the last time AMADagio would be with AMA.

This was the second cruise we have made with AMAWaterways. They are all about service from the cruise manager, to housekeeping, to the crew handling the ship.

This was our third cruise with AMA and it met every expectation. This is an excellent cruise line that knows how to "do it right." Everything was perfect; accommodations, food, and tours. Cannot say enough positives about this cruise. Ports were excellant, mostly small villages wth terrific excursions and guides. The food was outstanding, rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was beyond great - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and energetic. Even with a breakdown of ship and locks this trip was absolutely the best. The scenery is gorgeous!
