Very disappointed

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Allure of the Seas

We went on a family cruise and this ship was extremely overcrowded and you never could get a table for breakfast! It's literally elbow to elbow! Very overwhelming! Also the fine dining food was very disappointing and nothing special. There wasn't anything for kids to do and all the shows were packed and boring! This cruise is not kid friendly nor fun for anyone. We were very disappointed and will ...

Awful

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Allure of the Seas

This was an all around bad experience. Maybe the worst vacation I've ever been on actually. We are new to cruising, and had very high hopes. Choose not to disembark at a stop and nothing is open during the day- even though the weather was awful and most people didn't leave the boat. All the restaurants shut down mid day, the Flow rider is closed, the basketball court is constantly closed or ...

More like the Manure of the Seas, as it was far from Alluring. Food poisoning, smokers polluting the hallways, deafening music on 4 of the main decks, cold pools and warm hot tubs

We were with a large group of 39 on this cruise. It was our first time and we had high hopes. Food poisoning, smokers polluting the hallways, deafening music on 4 of the main decks, cold pools and warm hot tubs. Our first cruise. Jan 5-8 2024 Two out of ten stars is not enough for us to return. 1. We were excited about the hot tubs, they were warm, like the pools should have ...

Allure Of the Seas 3-day cruise. 12/15/2023 The 4th deck Floor mng of Main Dining "Nittens" gave us all COVID as well as the servers were sniffling also. We tried not to engage. We wore our surgical 4 ply masks everywhere except when dining. The menu choices & food served in the main dining room was typically inedible. Sad. The waiters & servers had a very limited knowledge of the ...

Do not book a wedding with Royal Caribbean!

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Allure of the Seas

Do not under any circumstances book a wedding on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship, especially Allure of the seas, it was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had! To start I received a text message at 10pm the night before my wedding confirming all guests would be there by 9:30am, We were originally told 10am although I told my guests 9:30 to ensure no one would be late. In addition to ...

Before Covid this was a prime cruise line after Covid I feel they are at the same or worse level than Carnival. Below are the things I found has diminished Considerably. 1) Food this was bland and it was like that during each meal we had. The Buffet breakfast and lunch was the same thing every single day after day after day the dining room food was at times the same thing they had at the buffet ...

Waste of Time on the Allure of the Seas

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Allure of the Seas

So this is the very first cruise i have ever been on that started out stress free, then ended up quite the opposite the longer it went on. The views were stunning, however it wasn't enough to make it truly feel like vacation. Below I have compiled a list of things that would have been nice to know before boarding the world's largest ship, Allure of the Seas; 1.Paying for internet: they send ...

I have never taken the time to write a review for anything, however this experience was so poorly handle that our vacation was ruined. The lack of appropriate response was unbelievable. We had no AC for our entire 7 day cruise. They came so many times to fix it we lost count. We where still sweating as we pack to leave the ship. I met with upper management 3 times. All we wanted is to be ...

We went on our second cruise (first was with Carnival Cruises in 2018).Carnival was cheaper and everything included we thought we are paying way more so we will get much better, infact as per their name it would be Royal. Here is what we experienced: 1)Everything we see or want to do is extra money. 2)Activities like surf boarding were free but for our turn of 2 minutes ride we waited 35 ...

TOTAL DISSAPPOINTMENT

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Allure of the Seas

We arrived at the new Galveston Port and there were no porters to help us. We were in a seriously long line and it was hot. We were in the sun and in line for over an hour. We had to drag our luggage to the luggage intake area and I along with a lot of people did not tip. No service, no tip. Being a Diamond Plus member means nothing anymore. All RCCL cares about is the suite guests. A ...
