Before Covid this was a prime cruise line after Covid I feel they are at the same or worse level than Carnival. Below are the things I found has diminished Considerably.
1) Food this was bland and it was like that during each meal we had. The Buffet breakfast and lunch was the same thing every single day after day after day the dining room food was at times the same thing they had at the buffet ...
So this is the very first cruise i have ever been on that started out stress free, then ended up quite the opposite the longer it went on. The views were stunning, however it wasn't enough to make it truly feel like vacation. Below I have compiled a list of things that would have been nice to know before boarding the world's largest ship, Allure of the Seas;
1.Paying for internet: they send ...
I have never taken the time to write a review for anything, however this experience was so poorly handle that our vacation was ruined. The lack of appropriate response was unbelievable. We had no AC for our entire 7 day cruise. They came so many times to fix it we lost count. We where still sweating as we pack to leave the ship. I met with upper management 3 times. All we wanted is to be ...
We went on our second cruise (first was with Carnival Cruises in 2018).Carnival was cheaper and everything included we thought we are paying way more so we will get much better, infact as per their name it would be Royal.
Here is what we experienced:
1)Everything we see or want to do is extra money.
2)Activities like surf boarding were free but for our turn of 2 minutes ride we waited 35 ...
We arrived at the new Galveston Port and there were no porters to help us. We were in a seriously long line and it was hot. We were in the sun and in line for over an hour. We had to drag our luggage to the luggage intake area and I along with a lot of people did not tip. No service, no tip.
Being a Diamond Plus member means nothing anymore. All RCCL cares about is the suite guests. A ...
We made the mistake of going on this cruise and would not refer it to anyone
The chow line /buffet was horrible, the same food over and over and the staff was not interested in helping at all
Beds are like sleeping on a board ,pillows and full of foam pieces
Toliet paper is 1 ply
Towels are bottom of the barrel, like trying to dry yourself off with coarse sandpaper
Service in ...
This was a Valentine Cruise featuring the Texas Tenors. However, unless you purchased VIP package, you were unable to hear them perform. Embarkation was a complete zoo standing in line with hundreds of other guests for thirty minutes before being able to board. Very crowded with lots of children. Entertainment venues always booked up with long waiting lines. Cabin bed was very uncomfortable. ...
Just wanted to get on this this ship because it was new to galveston-the food in both buffet and dining room was terrible-the best food on the ship was pizza and hamburger-too many food that was terrible-service in the dining room was terrible-i was eating alone and the ship refused to serve my appetizer and entree at the same time(talk to supervisor, assy maitre d, maitre d and finally food and ...
Wow! Amazing Amazon ruins, Mexico diving and Roantan don’t bother with. Main Dinning the worst food and wine. Didn’t know the severed fruits wines - all the food was the cheapest version of quality and if it wasn’t it was cooked wrong. Noise level - kids out of control all over the ship until all hours of the morning. New Years - what a joke every one jamed into a single area with cheep ...
After a hard year where I lost both parents my husband and two adult children decided to cruise over Christmas. We were hoping it would help us not think about the people and traditions we were missing. We wanted to establish new traditions we could continue year after year. All of us were looking forward to this cruise.
Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and the customer service ...
