After looking into many questions before I leave for the cruise, I feel compelled to share my first cruise with our friends. After much deliberation we decided that some of the 50th birthday celebrations would be Cruise (for the first time). The date of the cruise was determined following family constraints for the Passover holiday of 2019 in April. Since this is the first time we make a cruise and after a thorough examination it was decided to go on one of the best - a large ship of Royal Caribbean. As stated, there were time constraints and therefore the cruise was chosen with the Allure Of The Seas, https://www.royalcaribbean.com/cruise-sh…/allure-of-the-seas, Western Caribbean track, 7 nights with 4 anchors in NASSAU- BAHAMAS, COZUMEL-MEXICO, ROATAN-HONDURAS, PUERTO COSTA MAYA-MEXICO and 2 DAYS ONLY, Departure from Miami. Now it was left to choose which agency would invite the cruise. There are many opinions whether to order through an Israeli agency or through a foreign agency. After a thorough and thorough examination, I found out that the company Crozit, https://www.cruiseit.co.il/, with the agent Orit Cohen Rochov gave the best offer. As I mentioned, it was decided to order with a minimum risk and therefore the room with balcony to the ocean, on the 11th floor in the center of the ship (room number 11590 D2). The room is spacious enough, a double bed and a sofa bed, a shower with excellent water flow and a balcony facing the sea, television, storage closet, 110 and 220 volts power sockets. It is difficult to describe in words the experience of sitting on the balcony while sailing and sleeping with an open window and hearing the waves coming back - an experience! The ship is huge, really a floating hotel. Many different types of rooms, countless dining rooms, restaurants, cafes, 2 promenades with vegetation, casino, swimming pools, Jacuzzi, climbing wall, Omega, surfing and more. 2 notable restaurants for light meals: 1. Park Caffe - Salads, sandwiches, cakes and flag sandwich with roast beef 2. The pizza restaurant The ship has a wide range of performances, including Mamma Mia, acrobatic show with oceanAria, Ice Ice show, Blue Planet, Headliner Showtime and more. About 60-90 days before the cruise, the possibility of planning the cruise is open on the Royal Caribbean site, ordering an hour for dinner (17.30, 20.00 or "on my own time"), ordering the various shows on the ship and booking excursions at the ports. For convenience and schedule of performances we chose the time 20.00, we got a regular table in the dining room on the 5th floor and regular waiters. In accordance with our needs, we purchased in advance and at a discounted price Classic Soda Package, which includes soft drinks and cola and an internet package VOOM Surf + STREAM Voyage Package - 1 Device Additional alcoholic beverages, coffee, shakes and more can be purchased. It is also possible to purchase a 10-cup card or a 10-alcoholic card. Each room has the option of bringing 12 bottles of 17 oz and 2 bottles of wine to the ship. In the boat, at various meals, you will be served free glasses of water and juices. The ship anchored at the port of Miami in Terminal 1 of Royal Caribbean, we reached the port of the car rental agency in the city and left the port to the airport on a trip with uber. The check-in and check-out of the ship is carried out with remarkable efficiency with no queue and speed. The attractions we did at our ports were: NASSAU-BAHAMAS - taxi ride ($ 10 toward) Cabbage Beach on the island island Paradise Island, a beach with soft white sand and good water for bathing. You can rent 2 sunbeds + umbrella for $ 20, and there are street vendors selling drinks. You can walk to the beach of the luxurious Atlantis Bahamas and even enter the hotel grounds and be impressed by it. COZUMEL-MEXICO - A fun day of sailing to spectacular blue lagoons and dive snorkeling, booked through http://cozumelcruiseexcursions.net/cozumel-snorkel-tour-res…, at a cost of $ 50 per participant. ROATAN-HONDURAS - We booked a day trip to the island with a local operator named Francklin Gálvez, francklinalexisgalvezbonilla1@gmail.com, a nice guy who tries very hard to please the guests he accompanies. Franklin charges $ 20 per participant for a full day of pick-up and return from / to port and travel according to an agreed plan. ($ 10) Visit the Chocolate and Fun Factory at the stunning beach of West Bay Beach (one of the resorts, plus sun beds + umbrella $ 15) PUERTO COSTA MAYA-MEXICO - We ordered a $ 50 golf car from MAYAHUAL Local Golf Car, https://costa-maya-golf-cars.negocio.site/, marvin1907@yahoo.com.mx and drove to the beaches of the nearby village of MAYAHUAL Docking Port . In retrospect it is unnecessary and you can reach this coastal strip with a local taxi. The coast of the Costa Maya disappointed. Hope this summary will help others. I'll be happy to answer any question. Yaari Read Less

Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines Know exactly what they are doing, right from the boarding, it was fast and efficient. The rooms are clean and well maintained, we were surprised to have vip perks which included a bottle of wine to enjoy on our deck overlooking Central Park. The entertainment is top notch and amazing, Mamma Mia, the Ice Games show, the aqua theatre show, the headliner show , the Comedy act had us in tears we laughed so much. The Blue Planet was totally amazing, definitely a must see.The food is great, except the coffee was very strong, at least for me. The specialty dining is well worth doing, we ate at Chopps Grille , if you love steak you won’t be disappointed. All The staff is very friendly. There is so much to do on the ship, non stop entertainment, many pools and hot tubs. The Schooner bar had a great piano player. Plus there is a jazz club. Fitness centre with top of the line equipment, running track and beautiful spa....... It is a floating city, I highly recommend this Cruise Line. Read Less

First, I chose the cruise based on the feedback from colleagues. Based on my family's experience on this cruise last week, I can only say "stupendous and glamorous". From the embarkation port at Fort Lauderdale to the stateroom (Central Park Balcony) was smooth, fast and orderly. The dining rooms were just breathtaking with variety food from diet to gain weight gourmet (just kidding). Entertainment is first class Broad Way and the New Year's Eve was Times Square on the Ocean. Guys it is expensive but it worth every dime that we spent with our two teen boys. The teen lounge is paradise. Safety is top notch. Go and discover the beauty of your home on this classy Allure of the Seas on the ocean. I have cruised many times, but this is the master of them all! Ready to cruise Symphony of the Seas!!!! Our two teenage boys couldn't stop texting their friends of the fun they had with other teens at the teen lounge. Kids were disciplined and well informed with security 24/7 unlike other cruise line that will abandon the kids to roam around and engage in foolishness. Allure of the Seas is classy ! Our friend alerted us to this cruise because of their previous experience on the Oasis of the Seas (a sister ship), and the great pricing. This was our first experience with a cruise, and we were blown away by the ship itself, the great service, wonderful food, beautiful surroundings, and variety of entertainment and experiences! We heard from other travelers on the ship that this cruise line was the best they had experienced. While there was at least 9,000 people on board, including staff, we never felt like it was overcrowded at any time. There were so many different places to hang out and walk, swim, hot tub, eat, and play, that we were kept very happy! Because of all the fun things on board for kids, as well, we would love to come back and bring our grandchildren. We highly recommend Allure of the Seas to families and adults. Read Less

I chose this particular cruise mainly because of my sister's and brother-in-law's suggestion. They (Brian and Maria Taylor, if you care to know) are avid Royal Caribbean "cruisers". We weren't disappointed for my family and I wholeheartedly enjoyed our experience as well. The food, activities, entertainment, and staff/crew friendliness were excellent. My entire family also enjoyed shopping during the huge sale on several items toward the end of the cruise. The availability of fun, shopping and activities outside the ship (while on shore) were excellent as well. The ship itself is beautiful, clean, aesthetically designed and makes you forget that you're even floating in the middle of the ocean. My family have already started planning on our next Royal Caribbean cruise and I believe we will be joined by a lot more family members and friends. So it would definitely be a much larger group. I would definitely suggest the Royal Caribbean cruise to my friends and relatives. Read Less

I simply wanted to experience the largest ship in the world and the experience was just great. From the moment that we departed the hotel and arrived at the port, it was apparent that this was a class A operation. Cars and buses were in and out with extreme precision considering the amount of passengers boarding. Past the port and sail pass in hand in, the process took an amazingly small amount of time, from the dismount of the taxi to processing and finally the boarding and the Promenade, very efficient. Once in, the Promenade was very inviting and comfortable with all the space available to casually walk and admire the shops, grab a bite or head straight to the cabin. Once on board, the hustle and bustle just melted away and you knew it was time to rest and relax and have some fun. The Allure of the Seas is an amazing ship and it is all that is cracked up to be, you won't be disappointed, regardless of a first-time cruiser or experienced multi-ship cruiser. All aspects of the Allure were exceptional, the Cabins were just right and well designed, the dining superb, all the entertainment was first class and worthy of world-class status, service was beyond reproach. Sail away on the Allure of the Seas you will love this ship and all that it has to offer. Read Less

First impressions, this SHIP IS AWESOME. I loved the updated interior and exterior of ship. The interior stateroom I stayed in was decent sized and included a safe; which I loved. Everything is very well kept and they make it easy to navigate this floating city. I enjoyed the different neighborhoods as it gave new flavors to different areas aboard. I'd say my favorite part was the various sports activities including basketball, and flow rider! The unlimited frozen yogurt was a huge plus. You'll enjoy the dining options, although the complimentary breakfast and lunches are a little repetitive as far as options (you'll eat A LOT of pizza and hot dogs), the dinner menu changes every night and there are a lot of options to choose from. On board entertainment is awesome and free. Other premium dining and souvenirs are available on the ship, but do cost quite a bit, so be ready to spend more money if you would like specialty drinks or items. The Ports on this cruise were fantastic! Labadee and Cozumel were a paradise and I would recommend doing shore excursions there. We went to the mainland in Mexico and did the Xplor tour, which was worth every dollar spent! Jamaica is very interesting and if you go exploring in the actual city where the locals live, be ready to be hassled a bit. They will offer to escort you anywhere in the city for a price, be careful with this, and remember you can find most things on your own. I would recommend trying a jelly (coconut water) while there. I loved the Royal Caribbean experience and you'll love the staff. They are so nice to you all the time and help make your trip truly feel like a vacation! Read Less

We had an incredible time the food the entertainment the animation everything was perfect. The dining room experience was the best one ever the service was exceptional the food quality and taste was perfect. The activities inside the cruise were great surfing zip-line the ice skating everything was perfect. I loved the Dream works parade it was very nice, the 70's party everything was just perfect to the very last detail. The shows were jaw dropping to see all those amazing people perform with so much perfection not only in the Aqua Theater but in the Ice Skating show and the Amber theater it was great. The only thing that i hated was the shore excursion in St. Kitts it was the worst experience of my life nowhere did it say that the excursion was dangerous and risky it did say strenuous and that was true but the danger wasn't told anywhere. it was 2 hours and 45 min up and 2 hours and 45 min down the hike was horrible they give you a stick to hold on to and thats it. Its literally a nature trail there are only a couple steps and ropes to hold on to in the beginning after that you have to hold on to the rocks the roots the trees anything you can find. I really hated the excursion people fell and open wounds and many stayed in the way and couldn't make it to the end of my group 3 didn't make it. There were spots that only half your foot fit in and you had to hold on hard to anything to not fall down rolling through all that jungle and it was extremely dangerous as the falls were very high I think if someone falls they can die and there is no way to get back to the top. It was very scary and extremely dangerous and risky. They guides were telling us stories of people who have broken their foot and dislocated their shoulders it was just horrifying. They also say you have snack and water included the snacks were ok but there wasn't even enough water for everyone and the juice was literally a sip per person of a juice that is not even new it is like a refilled bottle. Besides that everything else was perfect the cruise was astonishing. Read Less

My Cruise Experience on this ship as being my first time was just amazing. I loved every second of my precious time on this ship. Our cabins were very very nice and the beds were really really comfy. The Ship was constantly being cleaned and maintained but it never bothered your vacation time. The Dining was out of this world on this ship I am talking like $500 dinners in the main dining room and the buffets were just, lets just say way to much of the best food in the world you actually did not want to eat anymore because you ate sooooo much. The Entertainment was so amazing the ice skating shows and the movies in the 3D theater were really cool, But the sports deck, deck 15 was the greatest. The sports crew was composed of the most nicest and the most supportive people I have ever met they were really cool. The Room service was just amazing you could have whole meals ordered to your room for free before 12:00 at night. The Ports were amazing, we stopped in st.Thomas, st.Kitts, and The Bahamas. Overall I would have to say this was the best vacation I have ever been on in my life. Although this was an expensive trip, it was almost as nice as Disney CL for a better price. Not all room include a bunk bed, so make sure you check that if that is what you want. There was so much to do for the entire family. Although there are a lot of extras which you can buy, we enjoyed the cruise without paying for anything extra and loved it. We tried the rock climbing and the zip line, and truly enjoyed most of the free restaurants. The shows were family friendly. The ice skating shows really set this cruise line apart. The buffet did not include as much variety as Norwegian or Disney, but we enjoyed the My Time Dining option in the MDR. Our children rarely attend the kids' clubs in any cruise line, but we enjoyed the family activities (parents invited), including the science projects. Their science activities' staff were energetic and knowledgeable. Parents enjoyed the large gym which is directly attached to the track. Even on the last sea day, it was practically empty. There was plenty of equipment for everyone's use. I wish the yoga was free, but it was not. We did not book any excursions through the cruise line but we enjoyed walking around and using the free trolley in Old San Juan. We found a starbucks near the port and took advantage of the free wifi. While on the ship, we bought the wifi package and we were happy with the service. It was cheaper for us not to buy the entire week's worth since we just check in with family a few times during the duration of the cruise. The beach in Labadee was nice. You have to pay for an umbrella, so be ready to sweat it. There is a trolley to help you get around but it was always full. We walked up to the next station so we could get on. The buffet was super busy with few options, so we decided to go back on the ship for lunch. We always enjoyed the ship's pools in the morning or on port days when there are no crowds. No water slides on this ship, but our kids really enjoyed the current pool. There are so many pools and hot tubs for everyone to enjoy and find a deck chair. Our children enjoyed the 3 arcades on the ship. There were often issues with the machines but the staff credited us every time. Make sure that you keep track of how much is spent on your kids' room keys! If you don't want them to spend, deactivate their cards for spending! We would gladly cruise with Royal Caribbean again, although Disney remains our first choice. Read Less

Excellent service, great food and spectacular shows! Allure of the Seas has so much to offer for any age group! Every day is different even you stay so many days in same ship. Fort Laudendale is good starting place and it is fun to visit different countries between the cruise. We mainly used restaurants that have not extra fees. Soda and Voom package was great as we drink a lot of Coca-Cola Zero and both use internet quite much. :) Internet works very well and soda automats were really useful on a warm sunny days at deck. The service all over the ship was great. Our stateroom attendant kept our room impeccably clean and was so attentive. We also loved our balcony room on deck 9. My Gina and Gianna invited me to vacation with them and am so glad I did! We all had an amazing time onboard as well as onshore excursions. Dining opitions were phenomenal! No matter what you liked there was a restaurant that had it. Food was always fresh -never left out for long periods of time. Cleanliness all over the ship was a priority as well. The antibacterial stations all over are a great idea for keeping us less likely to spread germs. I loved this idea. Everyone no matter their position or status was very friendly, helpful, kind, and took pride in the job they were doing. It was refreshing to be able to enjoy folks like this and no one ever came across with an attitude that "it's not my job". Everyone helped! The cleanliness all over the ship was phenomenal. Someone was always picking up and cleaning up so there was never a time that we saw trash. I also liked that there were recycle bins all around as this is quite important to me. We recycle as much as possible and want to do our part to keep the world around us a better place. I appreciated everyone that worked to make this a memorable experience. Read Less

The equipment was top of the line. The outdoor track made it nice to get some exercise outdoors as well. The Solarium offered a bit more somewhat healthy breakfast in the morning. We tried to avoid the crowds in the windjammer. We spent most of our time before and after dinner in the Champagne and Martini Bar. The bar staff in their was the BEST!!! We choose this cruise as a last minute cruise (within 40 days) because we are cruise fanatics and in need of a cruise since our last one (December 2016). We were Diamond members and now will be Diamond Plus. We have always enjoyed the service and was beginning to wonder what more was there to making a distinction of the various levels of status. Well now, Royal Caribbean has finally made that distinction with regard to the various Royal Classes (Star, Sky & Sea). I mentioned in my review that this was a game changer! The Costal Kitchen makes the former Viking Crown Lounge a more useful venue than previously used. The access provided to card members of suites into the venues is also a welcome addition to include all shows and the sun deck on the 18th deck. The fact that the lounge is now open almost 24 hours makes a little more sense instead of between the hours of 4:30-8:30 PM regarding drinks for your Diamond or Suite guest. Debarkation was also a highlight that in all our years of cruising RC, we never experienced. We loved the fact that a full breakfast menu was offered in the Coastal Kitchen as well as escorted service to customs and baggage taken right to the airport to be picked up at your destination airport! This was also huge for us! We loved it! Of all our cruises, this ranks pretty high on our list as the best! Read Less

Also the waiters in the restaurant were very polite and managed to build a good relationship with the guests. The food was really good and the service excellent. The shows offered are amazing, from the broadway "Mama Mia", to "OceanAria", to "Blue Planet", to "Ice Games", to "comedy live", to the "Headliner" show, there's something for everyone! We traveled with our 16 year old daughter, my mother in law, and our 18 year old niece, and we all loved it!!! We arrived a day early so we wouldn't be rushed on embarkation day! With the "Star Class", we were able to embark at 11:30am, our stateroom was ready, we had a wonderful lunch in the "coastal kitchen". The Shore excursions we picked were a little disappointing, we felt like we didn't have enough time to see and enjoy! We would recommend just getting a taxi and have them bring your directly to the beach of your choice, with that, you get extra time there! Disembarkation was also a breeze took us about 30 minutes from our stateroom to being outside and heading to our taxi! We will book again and hopefully more of our family members will be able to come with us! Read Less

I came on this cruise because of my family (cousins) and we haven't been on vacation in awhile. I personally had never been on a cruise. The Service from staff was AMAZING ! and they genuineness from the staff made it a welcoming and enjoyable vacation. The food was GREAT and authentic. There is always something to do and experience. I would tell someone who is cruising to save money once paid for the cruise cause there will be lots of things you'll want to do in additional to all that's provided. The entertainment was good and i liked the fact that multiple things were happening at one time so you had tons to chose from and if you missed it you could go at another time to see it. When porting make sure your ready to go so that its on and off and pick excursions that allow you to really see the place your visiting. Not touristy spots if you can help it. The locals are friendly. The SHIP is HUGE !!! explore explore explore and when you think you've covered everything trust me there is something you missed. There are computer guides on each level that can show you a map to where things are. Oh, and take advantage of the deals they give before hand and on the first day of the ship. It will save you money and make your trip more enjoyable. If your single you can cruise to and there are opportunities geared just for you to meet people. As well as there is a board near the front desk where if you want to create a group you can and invite people to come. though that was kind of cool... The GYM / SPA is awesome and take advantage of it. Bring your workout clothes and sneakers. Wish i could have stayed longer... The ship is like a home away from home :) Next time ! Read Less

Wanted to sail with a big and modern Cruise shop - and WOW, we did get impressed with everything!! This was our first Cruise ever , and both my boyfriend and I were so excited to go on one. Will def be back to Cruise! We did excursions on our own on the islands Bahamas, St Thomas and St Martin. It worked really well! We got to see the airplanes at Maho Beach on St Martin, and the stunning views from the top on St Thomas. The food was over our expectations! So good and tasteful at Americon Icon and 150 Central Park and the Solarium Bistro! And the service of the staff was brilliant! We felt like king and Queen on the ship. The checkin / embarkment was also so smooth, took only 30 minutes from arriving to the port with our taxi and all of the sudden we stood up on deck 16 with a drink in our hands! Read Less

Excellent service from a dedicated staff. A great variety of activities onboard the ship, and high quality shows and entertainment. The food experience was also high quality, with a dedicated staff to customize to your needs and wishes. Very impressive. Good possibilities onboard to choose between your participation in "noisy" areas or if you felt for more relaxed conditions. The fitnesscenter could use a quality lift since many of the workstations had no/poor working sound and Picture as well as the general maintenance level of the Workstations was inadequate. The stateroom was properly furnished and very clean. The daily service in the stateroom was excellent, and way above all expectations. IMPRESSIVE! The overall cruise experience however was excellent, and the ship with its highly dedicated crew is certainly recommendable. I will certainly recommend the ship to friends concidering a cruise in the near future. I will certainly be back on the ship! Read Less
