There were a few good things however the bad significantly outweighed the good.
It was way too crowded. The hot tubs and pools were overcrowded.
The room was need of repair. Some of the hinges did not work. Also, the service for the room was poor. On one day they did not deliver fresh towels.
The food in the windjammer was not great and there was not enough variety.

I want to start this with, the staff in the MDR. They were great. Very attentive, really fun and super nice.

This was a dreadful ship.
Money money - wanted all the way. Popcorn for the show was $2
Mattress was terrible not one good night's sleep - told the mattress would be replaced at the end of October.

Cabin 7232 ..size of balcony was very nice. Lots of storage. But no special soaps and stuff like I'm use to.
Windjammer (buffet) ..no service everything was self service and the choice of foods were limited . I only went here 2 times when forced .

As a frequent cruiser, I have maintained that Royal was my favorite line. Don't waste your money. Ship crew could care less about you having a good time. They just want to suck as much of your money as they can while your on ship. Areas of ship are not available to most customers unless you have special sail and sign card, which you get by going on many cruises.
