I did opt to sign up for the Key as it is slightly more than the Internet package so it’s worth getting for me but I would think twice for a family or couple. I understand that RC was trying to cut costs by only having rooms attended to once a day, but on a 5 day cruise, we had our room cleaned 1 time, no towel animals, and we left the magnet on the door every time we left the room. We chose this cruise due to dates and port. It's really narrow and the promenade deck is hard to get through when busy. Staff and food were excellent. We ate at Giovanni's and main dining for dinner.
