Love at first sight

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Adventure of the Seas

For a first time we found great interest on this ship due to all it offered which met our expectations and more. The cabin we had gave a panoramic view where we were able to see the water up front and personal, great view at night. The ship was spectacular and able to walk to the helipad area was a great experience. I even walked there at night and was able to stargaze. (If it was to ...

Great refurbished ship!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Adventure of the Seas

We decided to take this ship because it was recently refurbished. I think they did a great job & the ship was beautiful! A few things that were different: you do not have to sign for every drink with the drink package. This is good & bad. You dont have to sign, but you can't add additional tips either. They don't have luggage valet to take your luggage to the airport on this ship. We really ...

This was one of the best vacations I have ever been on. Let's start with the Schooner Bar staff. The Schooner Bar is my absolute favorite spot on any Royal Caribbean ship, and this trip proved to be no different. Alex, Oleks, Jeirich, and Jomit were OUTSTANDING. Absolutely the highlight of our trip was spending every evening with them in the Schooner Bar. They were fast, helpful, friendly, and ...

We loved this itinerary - 13 relaxing days along the eastern shores of Canada/New England to take in the fall foliage; however, Mother Nature had other plans! Needless to say, we were disappointed to learn that the ship would not be docking in Sydney, NS as planned and therefore, our Taste of the Cabot Trail excursion was cancelled. We had a few other disappointments - Royal rescheduled our ...

Cruise Gone Crazy!

I'd chosen this cruise for our 41st wedding anniversary and planned it 10 months in advance. Everything was paid for, but I was still worried about hubby's mobility issues. Fortunately, RC gave me information on the vendor they use to rent electric scooter or wheelchairs. Hubby, however, refused. RC put us in a spacious, handicapped-accessible inside cabin near the elevator. Everyone from the ...

Splendid as always!

This was a unique opportunity for us to experience a cruise ship outside of the Caribbean. The itinerary sounded intriguing, so we booked it in late December 2017. Good thing, as we were told the cruise had sold out. We took the Amtrak train from our home town (Washington, DC) to the Liberty International Airport station, then grabbed a free hotel shuttle from there. It was raining when we ...

We were on The Adventure of the Seas. We left out of Bayonne, NJ. Leaving on the 31st of September returning on the 7th of September. Sailed up the East Coast. The weather was perfect the whole trip. My 90 year old Mother was with us. The staff were all gracious and helpful. Our stops were Portland, Maine, Bar Harbor, Maine, St. John’s, New Brunswick, Canada, & Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. ...

Just returned from our cruise on AOS to Florida and Bahamas. We are a family of 4 - me, husband, and 2 teenage sons 16, and 14. This was our 5th cruise with RC after previously sailing on Liberty in 2008 for our 10th anniversary, then Freedom, Oasis and Allure over the years. We have been very happy with all our previous RC experiences and this one met and even exceeded our previous cruises in ...

Another great RC cruise!

This is our 10th+ cruise with RC (we have cruised NCL and Carnival several times as well). RC is our favorite cruise line due to service, food, overall experience and drink options. Embarking and disembarking are a breeze in NJ. That particular port is within driving distance for us in PA, which makes it nice. We always opt to park at the port parking lot as it is so safe/convenient (the ...
