Parking - We booked our parking in advance, the service was excellent, a smooth trip to the car park and back to the terminal with the children. Staff were helpful with the luggage.
Check in - Quick and easy, we were through security, check in and onboard within 20 minutes.
Ship - Was a little tired but the ship is having a refurbishment early 2014.
