This eight night Southern Caribbean route left from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida - one of the best US ports in my experience - so I already had particularly high expectations. Our first two RC cruises were on the Oasis and Allure. We were used to the "big ships", so were a bit hesitant choosing a smaller one, but this was the only ship headed to this itinerary. Once we got on board, worries were set aside once we realized the size of the ship was still quite large.
