My husband, our two sons (ages 8 and 10 years old), his aunt, two friends of mine and I all went on the Adventure of the Seas from December 7-15, 2019. We had been on several Royal ships before and our favourite one was the Allure. We chose to ‘downsize’ to the Adventure to allow us to visit the ABC islands. First off, we cannot say enough great things about the islands – they are by far our favourite that we have sailed to on a cruise! Regarding the ship, there were a few downsides besides not having the Abyss, Central Park or the Boardwalk. First off, the artwork that adorned the ship walls was a bit bizarre considering it is a family-type vessel. There are a lot of nudes (and not just upper body) hanging in places. Second, the ship in spots did show its age more than others we have sailed. The shows were also somewhat disappointing. Not so much the talent who were quite good, but the overall plots. We have been spoiled by the Broadway-at-Sea and diving shows on the bigger ships. And Vroom and Surf was spotty at best. We took two interior interconnecting cabins which seemed much smaller than other ships. The beds were quite hard and so we asked our stateroom attendant to add extra blankets to provide a bit more comfort. RCL really needs to change mattresses the next time the ship goes into dry dock. Having said that, we had an amazing trip! I cannot say enough about the crew! They are by far the best we have ever encountered in our eight cruises. They were genuinely friendly and seemed happy to be working onboard. They were knowledgeable and helpful! One thing we discovered that we had never paid attention to before was the country scavenger hunt. You have to find a crew from each of the countries listed on the sheet. (It would have been nice had the ship updated the sheet to be current to sail date but that is a different story lol.) My sons and I had a blast hunting down as many countries as we could and met wonderful people along the way! We literally stalked a few crew but we ultimately won the hunt! We are planning on going for our second win on the Anthem in March. Shout outs to: Johanna, Maria, Leticia, Marisol, and Mobin all from Guest Services, Faye the Ship Comptroller, Hector and Judy deck 6 starboard aft stateroom attendants, Conrad aka Shorty at the Promenade Café, Chicken Nugget in the Kid’s Camp, and especially Vanita in Next Cruise! You are wonderful and made our cruise extra special!!!! Our kids loved the Adventure Ocean kids’ camp. On previous cruises the kids would go slightly begrudgingly and only spend an hour at a time there. This cruise they begged us to go! We gave our son signing privileges for his brother and himself but they often stayed until we forced them to leave. The food was quite good – the braised beef ribs and prime rib were highlights in the main dining room. We were scared that there was no Sorrentos onboard but the pizza at Café Promenade was delicious!!!! We ate far too many slices lol. I had done some research and had been told by people on cruise forums that the ship time stayed with Florida time. I therefore was late for signing up for the ice-skating times the first day it was offered because in fact the ship changed time to local time. I was worried that our kids wouldn’t get a chance to skate but went at the correct time the next sea day skating was offered and all of us got to skate for 30 minutes which was quite fun. We bought the complete digital photo package during a Black Friday special and took advantage every opportunity we could to get shots. We haven’t received ours since returning and are in the process of contacting the photo company to sort things out. The photographers onboard though were great and very patient with our not so patient boys! We really liked listening to Peter James Esau at the Schooners Bar. Switched on Band was amazing! The Almost Elton John show was entertaining. My 10-year-old son laughed hysterically at the mentalist show. And I laughed a lot at Ralph Harris’ show. I was a member of the CruiseCritic group for this cruise and met a lot of great people through these forums. We participated in the slot pull and the duck hunts. Embarkation was a breeze and took no time at all. There was a 30 minute or so delay when we returned back to Fort Lauderdale but that had to do with US Customs and Immigration and was not caused by RCL. However be sure to factor in extra time when thinking about booking your flights home. All in all my family and I had an absolute blast on the Adventure! We would highly recommend sailing on her to anyone!!!!! Read Less

I just got off the adventures of the seas and it was one of the most wonderful trips I’ve had. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. Some people are just negative Nancy’s. I was in a spacious balcony cabin on deck eight and there was so much space for storage my niece and I actually had an empty cabinet and barely I have a side of the closet full. The bathroom was a typical cruise bathroom but it did have the sliding doors instead of a curtain so the bathroom didn’t slide. The food in the main dining room was amazing. There was a night there was nothing I chose to eat from the menu however that’s not Against the ship that’s my taste. There were plenty of chairs available by the pool side at all times. Yes they were chair hogs but that still left plenty of chairs. The bar staff was amazing the staff over all was amazing. I’m not sure why the one reviewer stated there was no club to go to? Because my niece and my kids and myself close the club at 3 AM every night so I’m not sure why she said there was no place to go dancing or there was no nightlife. I love the café promenade for late night snacks after leaving the club. And as far as the wind jammer there were never any long lines except of course naturally on the first day and the food was wonderful and there was plenty of choices for breakfast lunch and or dinner. The entertainment staff was wonderful. Kelly Lawrence and adorable Feliciano katie abd Sophie were amazing. I believe I saw the cruise director Drew wants but the cruise staff was awesome . Read Less

Awesome Boat, Crew and Experience. Went with friends and the time of our lives and mission accomplished! The Adventure is one of our fav ships and her sister The Explorer. Embarkation was a breeze the cuisine was admirable. We had a wonderful night in the Schooner Bar. Comedy Hypnotist was a terrific hit and the Ice Show wasn’t too bad considering a first run and standing ovations. Only disappointment was missing the dance show our first night at sea. We love the A B C Islands and look forward to visiting again. St. Maartin is always our fav, even with all the devastation around the island since last years Canes. Made sure I restocked my J W Double Black. Giovanni’s never disappoints and the Jammer was a good as ever! There’s never anything better than crashing into the crystal azure waters of the Caribbean! Spending three additional days in San Juan at what’s looks to be a great AirBNB condo and our first meal of Chinese was rediculously good. Highly Recommend. Read Less

Our first two RC cruises were on the Oasis and Allure. We were used to the "big ships", so were a bit hesitant choosing a smaller one, but this was the only ship headed to this itinerary. Once we got on board, worries were set aside once we realized the size of the ship was still quite large. This ship was renovated in January of 2018, so nothing felt outdated. All cabins have been refreshed with new carpeting and linens, as well as new furniture/couches. Although the cabinets are the same, this is a good thing because they offer a TON of space. Lots of drawers and shelving space everywhere. Also, I LOVE the fact the balcony is "enclosed". No frosted glass divider between you and your neighbor like on the Oasis class. It's pure steel and feels very private. Staff was great, and we had an excellent stateroom attendant named Wilfred. We did My Time Dining, but were fortunate to have the same wait staff every night. Lynton was a great waiter and worked incredibly hard. Food quality was also decent. We were mostly impressed with the Main Dining Room offerings (especially the appetizers) which were all very good. We ate at Izumi (new after the refurb), their sushi bar specialty restaurant, which was also very good. The staff there is SO FRIENDLY. I can't say that enough. All smiles. During the renovation, they also added two water slides, a flow rider, and updated their mini golf area. All were a lot of fun for two 27 year old best friend females. We like getting to act like kids every once in awhile. :] The only negative side to this cruise was the embarking and disembarking process specifically in the San Juan, PR terminal. There's NO AIR CONDITIONING in this large steel barn-like structure and everyone is herded around like cattle and it's very disorganized with lines in awkward places and people everywhere. I understand RC doesn't own this terminal, but that made the beginning and end of the cruise awful. Read Less

This cruise was very enjoyable, the weather was wonderful and we met lots of great people. The only thing that could be better was checking into the port in San Juan. The lines where very long and it seemed like they needed to increase the staff. The food was OK in the dining room and the buffet. The entertainment was my highlight and very good. I cruised with Royal Caribbean before and didn't enjoy the entertainment but this time they really went above and beyond. The comedian at the beginning of the the week was very funny (we need to laugh people), the ice show was very entertaining. the game shows were interactive and loads of fun, the activity director knows how to have fun, but the HIGHLIGHT for me was the Tribute to Whitney Houston. This woman Stephani Parker is the bomb! She is truly the "Diva of the Seas". Not too many people can pull off one Whitney song but she had them all down pact! A huge thank you to Stephani for her presentation, entertainment and love for a great artist with her own sweet style! My group hopes we can see her again on our next Royal Caribbean cruise. The presentation of Stephani Parker was amazing, singing songs of Witney Houston. Delicious food and the singer's on board are excellent too. Good quality music and entertainment. I think they should have more beverages packages options, for example one package for beers and wine only. I think RC had it a few years ago. And it is not fair that all people in the stateroom has to buy the same package when not everybody drinks the same things. Another detail is that the whole week I was waiting to go to Aruba and for weather rearons we couldn't go. The company didn't substitute the island for another or gave some credit for future use. I was really sad because that was my star island to visit. I think they should compensate in some way. Besides that, the experience was excellent. Read Less

My family and I solely cruise with Royal Caribbean. We always have the best time experience. The staff is always so attentive, friendly, helpful and kind. We meet so many great, new friends at all the bars, lounges and entertainment activities. We loved the laughs at the Adult game shows, poolside challenges and scavenger hunts, the fun times at karaoke as well as the morning zumba classes. The Blue Moon nightclub was always a great way to end the night, the Resident Dj was fabulous and the bartenders were so friendly and wonderful. The food and dining expensive is always so yummy and delicious and great service all over. The wifi was the only the thing we had troubles with. We thoughts it was very expensive per person per day in our family and did not need to be. It was always a terrible connection for when we did have it or when our friends did and never worked well, yet it claims to be the fastest internet at sea. I thank the staff and captain for another amazing get-away! These memories will last a lifetime. Can't wait to book the next cruise! See you soon! Read Less

Manoj and Dinah in the main dining room were FANTASTIC! They took such good care of us. Maria was our cabin attendant and she did a great job as well. Loved the towel animals! The team in the Windjammer was pleasant and made sure we had what we needed. So attentive! The food was delicious and the portion sizes just right. The shore excursions were fun and well organized. Watching a movie, outside, by the pool-under a clear sky with sparking starts--lovely experience. As someone who's worked in the hospitality business for over 30 years, it was a pleasure being taken care of by such wonderful team members. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and eager to make our experience wonderful. Great job team! I'm sure you'll see me again sometime. Read Less

Initially recommended by to me by a friend, they made us aware of Royal Caribbean and the great selection of cruises available. The overall cruise experience superseded my expectations. The destinations were a great selection of Caribbean islands to visit. The onboard entertainment and organised events like the ice skating shows and musicals were fantastically organised and choreographed, the food (both buffet and a la carte) were excellent standard and the service was truly second to none. We found the ship to be incredibly clean. Our cabin was tidied and cleaned twice daily. The facilities were clean. The staff across the ship went over and above expected levels to make our cruise experience a special experience. The staff also made a big effort with our children and made their experience a special one also. It was a truly wonderful week made better by the service levels given to all guests on board. I think that the Adventure of the Sea is beautiful cruise and the employees were super kind and attentive my cabin was always kept super clean, we love the way we were treated specially at the Dining great service thanks to Rosalino, Dianah and the rest of the crew. The entertainment and activities were super fun I think there was a little bit for everyone. I was amazed on how fast and easy we embaked and diembarked the service in general was an A+. My only regret is that Royal Caribbean was mostly an all inclusive type of cruise were only few things were to be paid seprately like pictures package, liquor, island excursions.... I disagree there were that enough water station or having to pay for drinking water and the internet should be free. It was really had to get anything to drink unless you buy your drinking package with I found to be too expensive. Read Less

We chose this cruise through relatives who have travelled on several Royal Caribbean cruises. After many questions being asked and answered, we experienced a wonderful time. The entertainment was great and the food was much better than expected. Our stateroom attendant kept the room clean and was very attentive. The dining room staff was very courteous and service was prompt. One of the bars (Champagne Bar) was very light on the drinks and for $12 per mixed drink, there was a lot to be desired, however, the other bars were on point. The ports that we visited were really very close to being back to normal, St Maarten was the most heavily damaged and many places were not open and several homes and businesses will take years to recover, if ever. The airport and activities, beaches, bars surrounding the airport were open and thriving. Puerto Rico was coming along well, however, there are still several homes with blue tarps covering the roofs and sadly, the rain forest was 70% destroyed. The other islands visited, St Kitts, St Lucia, Antigua and Barbados were untouched by the hurricane damage. Read Less

Our cabin was just like all the other Royal Balcony cabins I have stayed. Nice, Clean, comfortable. Never did get the safe to work. The Royal Singers and Dancers need more practice. The Comedian was great and El Gaucho was amazing. The cruise director Mercedes was fantastic. Rocky the shopper was very helpful. Dining in the main dining room and windjammer were all very good. Had great service and assistance from all Royal employees - Adventure has an overall great crew. The Galley Tour/Brunch got mixed reviews. . . loved the Brunch, but felt the tour was not super interesting, you just walked thru an empty kitchen. I learned a few interesting things, but would have liked to know/see more. Will not do Southern Caribbean again. Took 4 Royal excursions and was only slightly happy with one. There is just not much to see. Read Less

The rum punch on board sucks! Drink rum punch while on excursion, especially Cockspur on Barbados. The Windjammer (self service restaurant) is fine. The quality of the food is lower in the Sapphire (main restaurant). Also, in the main restaurant, the clothing advice was not enforced. Some people appeared in shorts and t-shirts at a formal night while others wore suits and ties or tuxedos. The wines are OK. The main entertainment was not as good as I was used to but it's OK. It was a pity that the ship departed from many islands already at 5 pm. That means "all aboard" at 4:30 pm. Quality of cloths sold on the ship should be higher. If you buy rum on the ship in the ship's store, you don't get it during the cruise, only afterwards. So, don't buy it unless you want to take the liquor home. On the last day (day at sea), half of the hot tubs were closed for cleaning. They should do this over night. They start too early with disembarkation (at latest 10:45 am) even if you have a very late flight (e.g., scheduled at 7 pm). The airport in San Juan is not inviting at all before the security checkpoint. Read Less

Embarkation and disembarkation went well. The ship definitely needs to be updated. Cabins look so outdated. This ship should not be rated as 4.5 stars. The most disturbing thing is that staff was very unhappy and not trying to please customers at all. This made my experience with RCL Adventures of the Sea very bad. I knew that their job is hard, working non-stop 11 hours a day and 7 days a week. However, they chose to work in a entertaining industry, they have to be positive and make people feel welcome and happy. I did not feel welcomed and happy to be on this ship. In addition, entertaining was as bland as the food in the buffet. Furthermore, my stomach could not handle their food despite of my world travelling experience and globally trying different food . I felt bloated and burped out the greasiness of the food everyday . Pasta and spaghetti were left on the warmer for so long that it felt like baby food, melting in your mouth and not "al dente" at all. In addition, cruisers use serving utensils and threw them back on the food with the dirty handles. I was very worried at this sight and luckily that there was nothing happened this time on the ship. Adding to the insult, dishes were not cleaned properly; stains and left over food were visible from the "clean" dishes and cups. It was not hygienic at all. Food in the dining is much better. However, I could not contact reservation in order to book for my time of choice unless I wanted to eat dinner at 9pm???. I saw a cleaning staff who was on the phone non stop. I meant non-stop every day. I do not think that I want to sail again with RCL again. Read Less

I was pleased with the food service and food quality and the friendliness of everyone except the pool area stand workers who were ambivalent. Our cabin steward was great and our wait staff in the main dining room were excellent. The ports were good and we rented a car in each so we could explore wherever we wanted go to. I had prearranged cars. There could have been more interesting things to do on the sea day, but we made our own fun. The water slides and Flow rider were great! I liked the ice skating show, and the singers and dancers were fantastic - we would have like to see more sows with the fine dancing! The comedians could have been offered as extra shows with more dancing shows in the main time slots. Read Less

Affordable alternative to travel where You have almost everything at a arms length.. The ship is large with many theme restaurants, shops, pools, outdoor theater, sun decks, entertainment theaters, a casino and a lot of quiet places to relax, lie down, read, game room, library just to mention a few. The cabin was excellent, the dining alternatives, at he formal dining room and the windjammer lounge offered a variety of food for all to chose. The daily entertainment and evening activities and service is very outstanding. There was a variety of port excursions.I chose to do local tourist on foot in the proximity of the ports visited. The maps provided by the cruise line were very good. Being a local of San Juan I found the embarkation facilities in San Juan very run down, neglected and dirty, I cannot say that of the islands visited. Overall our cabin attendant Ms Milagro Thyne room 9642 and head waiter at our table 422 Mr Michael Jackson and his attendant Muhammad were efficient and professional. The disembarkation facilities are rather small in San Juan compared to the amount of passengers it has to handle, the parking is inadequate and more coordination is needed by the tourism authorities to make this pleasant. Puerto Rico has to learn from islands such as Barbados, Martinica,St Lucia that with smaller ports handled things very smoothly. Read Less

We chose this cruise because it went to Aruba and Curacao. These islands are fantastic. Unfortunately, Puerto Rico and St.Thomas are not up to par as of December 1 2017. St.Kitts was the 4th stop and the hurricane damage was less notable. The Adventure OTS has dated decor and the entertainment variety was unimpressive (aside from the ice show). This level of entertainment is something I would expect on Carnival or Norwegian but I hold RCI to a higher standard. A new change I noticed was the "service charge" on every drink. Effectively a tip, the service charge is 18 or 20% on top of the list price. In the past it was listed as a tip and there was a line for "additional tip" the change in wording suggests the service charge is not a tip. Although, all the bartenders will acknowledge that it is a shared tip. Enforcing this service charge is extremely annoying and makes the total cost of a $7 beer near $10 after you provide a true tip in addition to the service charge. Read Less

Base on this experience Royal Caribbean will be my last option for a cruise company. I choose this ship for the reputation and it was the first time I travel with Royal. I had traveled with Celebrity Cruises and Carnival. The boarding process was the worst I had ever experienced. Room attendance was OK but was not friendly at all. Food Quality was horrible, even in the restaurant. Water had a weird taste (all passengers we asked agreed). Service desk employees were inexperienced and did not fulfill the task they said they do. Overall employees in the common areas, restaurant host, and waiters in the buffet were rude and did not want to almost anything (like bring you hot milk for the coffee). Waiters in the Windjammer were slow and uninterested. We did find a good server (Rogelio) and the best assistant server (Dewa), so we requested them every night. Shows: ice skating was good, the same as five years ago, stand-up comedy: the special guest was good, the other two really bad. Adele show was good, and the other dance shows were OK. Music entertainment was bad, especially the Latin group and one of the DJ's, don't remember the name. DON'T TAKE THE KITCHEN TOUR!!! YOU'LL WASTE YOUR MONEY. I stayed on the 9 floor, a "superior balcony room", also balcony and some common areas have a lot of rust in metal sections. Balcony size was small. Management needs to teach their employees to said "Yes" stead of "yeah, yeah", especially when they do not fulfill the request of a passenger. It shows the employees really did not care. Read Less

We chose this cruise because of the ports of call, leaving from San Juan gave us more options to hit more islands at the south end in a one week sailing. We really loved the boat overall, the promenade level was our type of thing. Boat is a bit worn, shows its age a bit in places. Was not a fan of what seemed like local people to fill the ship, that had got great deals to fill the boat. To find out we had booked long before, our value didn't compare. Overall loved the size of the boat, and activities on board and overall service. Only complaint about drinks was the consistency of getting one made bar to bar. Seems small, but when your there to enjoy that part of it, then it does. We had damage to our luggage, and the staff dealt with it more then fair. The way we departed the boat was not a great event in our opinion, and has to be a better way. We will not sail again from Puerto Rico as there are far to many disadvantages to weigh out then advantages. Read Less

Service on Main Dinning was superior to our expectation, waiter Saturnino and assistant Melvin on table 471 were always looking to fulfill our requirements which they always did, I wish to have Saturnino on our next vacations hahaha . We expect for him to receive the recognition he deserve from Royal Caribbean. Thanks, Thanks, Thanks a lot Saturnino for your excellent work and dedication. We enjoy all of the ports, our only concern was the change from St. Martin to Martinique which we understand because of hurricanes but we prefer another island instead of Martinique. Chose this cruise over a year ago because of the itinerary - which was slightly changed due to the hurricanes. This was fine - and not a factor in my review. We were early to embark, had the 12:30 slot. It was raining and the process was not organized. Wet luggage delivered at 9pm - including the contents. I assumed that the luggage was kept under cover, but apparently not. This was frustrating and disappointing as a start, but our room attendant brought tons of hangars and I had clothes hanging everywhere trying to dry. Our room was fine. We've been on the bigger, newer ships, and the age of this one did show a little. The balcony was teeny, barely fit the table/chair, so we hardly used it. Would not recommend spending the money for balcony on this ship if you are unsure. It ended up being just a window for us. But the room space was perfect and there were lots of areas for storage. Water pressure at the sink was nill. But shower was great. Ship has been kept in great condition. It was clean and neat, and every staff person very friendly and accommodating. But overall, it was uninspiring. Biggest pluses: Weather was good (hot, but sunny) and seas calm. Spa was great - services exceptional - and appointments easy to get even last minute. Fitness and wellness staff knowledgeable and dedicated to their jobs and the people they worked with. (shout out to Marko who was always a pleasure to see everyday) Coffee at the (pizza place? I think) was best I've had on a cruise. Consistently good. Dining room staff was great and the food was better than any other (free) options on the ship. (though we paid to eat in the restaurants or on the islands as much as possible) Getting on/off ship at ports - well organized and never backlogged. Biggest disappointments: Windjammer. Probably worst food ever on a cruise. Healthy food / salad bar pretty much non-existent. (salad bar was like 6 things and 3 lettuces - never changed) For everyone else in my party, soup was same most days and just repeat stews etc. And of course, crowded - All. The. Time. Nothing makes me feel more like I'm NOT on vacation than fighting crowds for a table or a plate. We stopped even thinking of eating there any day we were at sea or any time that was "normal" eating time. Late night (after 9:30) eating: There is only 1 option. And that's to stand in line for 30 minutes for a slice of rubber pizza or a stale left over tomato/mozzarella sandwich. We were shocked by this. They keep serving drinks of course, till wee hours - so make sure you stow food in your room if you need to eat when you're drinking a lot! Entertainment: not abundant. I was happy to be on a ship that didn't require you to reserve your seats for everything in advance. I guess the downside to that is limited activity. The theater is extremely comfortable though and we could always get a seat. Excursions - ours got cancelled on this sailing. Was a theme with many people we met. That's never happened before- especially so many of them. We ended up winging it at each port and that was OK. Every stop had a decent local tour available. While the ship did offer activities during the day - the fun stuff was poolside - and impossible to get near unless you camped out 2+ hours ahead of time. It was a crowded ship. And I hear they are refurbishing in January and adding MORE cabins. Can't imagine. Ports: Curacao: We did Resort for a Day at Santa Barbara. Had a great time - highly recommended. Beach was wonderful. Beautiful resort. Our sunset cruise (booked on ship) was canceled. Bonnaire: If you didn't book a water activity, there's not much to see here at the port. Little shopping, no restaurants. So,we ended up taking advantage of the thinner crowd and stayed mostly on ship. Aruba: beautiful island and were were docked there all day (7am to 11pm). Did a walking tour with an outside company which was interesting and fun and provided a chance to eat local food. Then grabbed a taxi to Eagle Beach for the afternoon ($20 for a chair!) but really enjoyed the beach and the drinks. Wanted to shop, but most things closed at 6pm, so we just did some bar/food hopping and hit the casino. St. Kitts: Made this our shopping port since excursion was canceled and we have been here before. Locals super friendly and lots of shops/straw market. Friends grabbed an island tour by local taxi and said it was incredible. So the itinerary was great. The ship was just good. This is our 5th RCI cruise and we just booked a newer ship (Harmony) for next year. We've done Oasis and Anthem (in the years they were new) so maybe this smaller ship just wasn't for us. Our party is on the fence as to whether we need to consider another line. So we'll give it one more shot !! Read Less

Adventure is a beautiful ship. In order to fill the ship, it seems Adventure offered great deals to the residents of Puerto Rico. However those of us who are loyal to Royal and booked some time ago, were the ones to suffer the overcrowded ship. The staff was super and did their best, but were overwhelmed by numbers. We were disappointed in the shows, nothing unusual or unique. The two female singers were outstanding, the best part of the big nightly shows. We enjoy having unusual or unexpected experiences. Maybe because only one sea days, none of these happened. (Dancing in the promenade, drum bands, other spontaneous happenings). Enjoyed the big band concert in a lounge, not well advertised. Just lucky we noticed it so we could attend. Others told us they would have gone if they had known about it. We always love our cruising, just some more memorable than others. Read Less

I choose this cruise to experience different islands. This ship is my 2nd time onboard. The ship is starting to show its age. Almost all of the staff were friendly except for the stateroom attendant. She was a debbie downer, constantly rushing us in our room to get out. she would not even acknowledge us or say hello ,good morning or anything other than how long will you be in our room. moving on the Dining Room and attendants were great. We had Domingo he always went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. The bar service was easy to attend and get drinks quickly. Getting on and off the ship was smooth all the way around. The only other downfall was to fill the ship alot of LOCAL families and kids everywhere and rude. I will continue to cruise for sure but will not leave from San Juan again. Read Less
