Epic FAIL!!! We are regular cruisers and know what to expect. I'll try to keep this to the point. The ship is just too big with too many people. On your second day when the elevator door opens and there is enough room for you inside you will feel like you just won the lottery. Several people would get in the elevator even if it wasn't going in there direction just so they could stay on it and finally get off on the floor of their choice. During slow times there was no problems but during peak times get ready to use the staircase if you want to get anywhere quick. Norwegian wants to say they are freestyle cruising but there is nothing freestyle about this cruise. Freestyle cruising means you're not assigned to a dinner table. But on this cruise you better make a reservation for anywhere you want to go and get there early to beat the crowd of thousands of people because everything is already sold out after the second day. And I'm not talking shows and dinners that you have to pay extra for.... that's a whole Other story. I'm talking about what is supposed to be included with your admission. There are 12 dining options on this ship. However only 6 of them are complementary. And only 2 are full restaurants. All of the others are UPcharge restaurants. Upcharge upcharge upcharge... get used to it. Everywhere on the ship is an upcharge. The famous Ice Bar that is on the ship, $20 upcharge per person, bowling? $7 per person per game. Want fresh squeezed OJ with Breakfast from the juice bar? that will be $4. Even the complimentary restaurants have upcharge selections. GYM. Very nice... very large... a cross between PlanetFitness and Golds Gym. However... (ready for the UpCharge?) Want to go to the gym and then hit the sauna and steam room to burn off all the toxins you drank in the day before? Well the gym is free but use of the steam room and saunas is a $219 upcharge for the week!!! (For $249 they will include a nice body exfoliation lotion you can use.... PLEEEEZE) 6pack of Water for your room....that'll be $25 (seriously)... you'll seen :-( Pools are smallest on any ship I've ever seen. The ship is so crowded with so many guest that you have to make a RESERVATION to catch the tender boat to get off and go to the island. You have to make a RESERVATION for a comedy show you have to make a RESERVATION to eat dinner even in the free restaurants. How is this called freestyle cruising when if you don't make reservations, get there early and keep a schedule you never get to do anything. Why? Because the ship has 4500 guests on it. Take a good look at the picture of the ship. In my opinion it is a floating hotel room with no vacancies and very little common areas. This was our 5th cruise in 2 years.... technically the ship is the BIGGEST we've been on.... realistically... it felt like the SMALLEST ship due to the LACK of common areas... 'um... more staterooms please' The casino stretches almost the whole length of the sixth floor. Take your gas mask because you know smoking is allowed in the casinos. Our room steward was great. We ran into a handful of associates that cared. Shirley our room Steward... GREAT Giancarlo.... Matrede' of "The Taste" saved our evening with his sincere caring and professionalism Melanie Campeau in the shops.... LUV U!! thanks again!! Saha Santu in the Manhattan room... thanks again for making our anniversary dinner a great memory. Most of the others...you can tell by the looks on their faces, they are simply overwhelmed with jobs too big and too great for their staff to handle so they simply try to make the best of it. Such as Jatin Vyas at Guest Services.... although he could have done more for us (as we learned) he at least tried. PS... if you can't get a reservation for late night entertainment... just sit in listening distance of guest services..... its SO BAD its almost comical. We had much more fun off of the boat then on the boat. Overall sure we had a good time because we made the most of it, but I can tell you, I went to guest services on Friday night and asked how early can I get off of the ship .... because I wanted to run off of the ship and enjoy my last weekend of my vacation without having to make reservations and watch the clock for everything I do. If you have reservations for the ship and are used to your sail away card being all you need on the ship to do whatever you want.... and are used to being able to go catch a tender boat to the island at your convenience... and go eat when you want... or look at the schedule and see there is a comedy show and go down and try to catch it??? CANCEL your plans as soon as possible and get another cruise line. We've been on Norwegian about four times. But this was our first Norwegian cruise in the past three years and my gosh have many things changed. Even the employees would shake their heads with us and say yes a lot has changed. If you are planning on going on this ship and can't make any changes. Just be prepared to "make the best of it ". If you were booked on the ship and it is your first cruise, please do not think this is what cruising is like because this ship is a very bad example of what cruising is like. Every person we ran into, every conversation, from people in the elevator, to dinner, to pool, jacuzzi, even the shuttle back to our cars after the cruise.... all people were talking about was their dissatisfaction with the ship and the crowd size. I spoke to one elderly gentleman who told me this was his 79th cruise and he has never been on a ship like this one. And he meant that in a negative way as we began to share our disappointments with the ship. I also learned the reason why Carnivals slogan is the "fun ships". This ship was Boring!! The band by the pool only plays the best of the "softies". Oh and BTW. There is one bar on the pool deck. The right side of the pool deck is THE BAR, opposite of the bar, in the same shape and square footage... it actually SHOULD be another bar... but instead this entire other side is dedicated to "towel exchange" thus limiting bar access. At Embarkation you will be checked into a room for the 4500 of you getting on the ship that has NO vending machines.... water fountains by the restrooms.... that is IT. A precursor of what's to come.... I could go on but I just want to put this cruise in the 'learning' section of my vacations. The BEST advice I heard and I will pass on..... SHOP THE SHIP...NOT THE ITINERARY OR STOPS.....SHOP THE SHIP!! Have Fun!! Read Less

I just got off the ship and now headed back to MCO. This week about the Epic was not a pleasant experience. From the time we set foot on the ship until the time we settled our account the Customer service was horrible...horrific...the worst I have ever experienced. We do a lot of traveling and this is hands down the biggest disappointment I have ever scene in any cruise or resort. The worst service came from the front desk. I am not going to mention names of the workers but they were down right rude. Day 1... we get on the ship ok (whole other story about that) and walk around. We have dinner reservations at 7:30 at La Cucina. We were told in the morning that we would have our luggage no later then 6:30 by the gentleman checking us in, who was the nice person we met all week in that capacity. I went down to the desk at 7 to ask where our luggage was. She tells me you won't have your luggage until 8 pm. We have been in our clothes all Morning and afternoon from traveling. I told her about my dinner reservation and how we were told we would have our luggage by 6:30 and she responded to me that you will now have your luggage at 8pm and you can go to dinner with that...and point at me. I had to walk away. We had to move our dinner up to 8:45 and got our luggage at 8:10. Bartenders- all rude downstairs at the main pool but very nice at nice at spice H2O. Pools...you couldn't go into the pool during the last day because they were painting it and one of the main pools were closed for the same reason during the middle of the week. I think they could have picked a better time for that! We never had to schedule a spot for a tender. They left that big part out so we didn't schedule one until it was too late and was very late getting off the ship to Grand Caymen and the Bahamas. I heard the same complaint among other guests. Some weren't able to get off the ship until well after lunch. The entertainment was great! Both shows at the theater and the dinner show was outstanding. The shore excursions crew were also really helpful and nice. The room was small. We were on the 14th deck balcony. Bathroom and shower configuration was the worst I ever scene. They were like being in a small bubble. When we arrived there were still dirty clothes in the drawers from the guests before us. That was a huge turnoff. The layout of the ship was narrow meaning there were a lot of choke points so it always seemed crowded. Were we on the escape last winter and loved it. It was a totally differerent experience for the good. The only way I would go with Norwegian again will be on the Escape and that's a big maybe. I had all intentions on putting a deposit down for my next cruise with Norwegian but after that experience I may be going to a different cruise line. I never posted a review before so this should show how bad it was and upset I am. I hope the next guests have a better experience. Read Less

It was our second time with the Epic and we thought it would be a great idea to spent new year on board. The crew was not polite even rude at sometimes the officers where rude and were apparently a bit tired, the food is almost all extra charged ( not one price but almost all alla carte also in the Manhattan room) I don't mind this but then the quality needs to be much better. They changed a lot of staff apparently a lot of Romanian,Indian and Chinese crew instead of other European and Philippino crew it makes a big difference. The turkish head of the hotel officers was walking around like a dril sergeant and his french boss was never around. the ship was way to full it was impossible to get a chair by the pool because everything was taken. This ship is there to take your money and don't want to give you back any service. the rooms where not as clean as you suppose to have the balcony was never touched and the glass was dirty all the time in the BVI we where next to the Disney and then you think gee maybe I should have done that one how clean and pretty the spiegeltent show is great, but this ship is getting down in quality fast I could write more negative but i need to work and get ready for a next cruise the Epic was once great no its terrible so no more epic for us. this was not EPIC Read Less

We have cruised with NCL before, and had a blast! But.... this was a disaster from the start. We busted our butts to get to the 12:30 p.m. allotted departure time where we stood in line in the blazing heat for 2 hours waiting to board the ship. The ship was packed and the staff was rude. The condition of our room was terrible... there were fingerprints all over the cabinetry... it was plain old DIRTY! None of the staff seemed to know what was going on... every time we had a question about anything, we had to wait in a line at Guest Services or wander around aimlessly trying to find a competent staff member to answer our question. And there were LOTS of Questions!!! The whole ship is just confusing! No real pool to speak of..Just a couple of waterslides and wading pool. There is a HUGE AND SMOKY casino on Deck 6 that you have to walk through (even minor children) to get to the main theatre. There is never any room in the good restaurants (or they say) and it forces many passengers to eat off the crappy buffet.. BIG but CRAPPY. The excursion to Tiki beach in Grand Cayman was very confusing and didn't have the cool beach options that was described. Our nine year old daughter was actually bored on this ship! DO NOT TAKE KIDS!! We think that maybe NCL is trying for a different demographic. If you want to gamble it is the perfect ship for you.... but otherwise it is an Epic Failure! Read Less

We felt like we were on a prison ship too crowded, waiting for an elevator took up half the cruise. If you signed up for a shore excursion good luck, getting off the ship is a disaster . No one seems to know what is going on constant misinformation. The service staff are good at playing dumb. Every where I went on the ship people complained about the service staff, one elderly couple stated their room wasn't cleaned until 10pm every night my sister never had clean towels until the last day and she had to beg for them. The Irish pub went there twice never again went for breakfast took one hour to get a cheese omelet only one other diner .Went for a snack the next day ordered 2 meals and water -got 1 meal no water never seen waiter again. If you drink coke their contract is with pepsi . If you go to the bar the menu lists what mixer's they have but I actually went through the list and they claimed they did not have one item this happened at two bars. The best thing on the ship was the last day. Read Less

Service was awful from the moment we checked in at Port Canaveral to the last day. Most of the staff was unfriendly, lacked a smile and just rude. We had bad weather day 2, yet Norwegian shut down all outdoor activities, including pools and slides for the first 4 days. They could have compensated by adding more kid friendly activities. The slides were fun for children and adults alike. The food was mediocre at best. The main dining didn't have a large variety. I went to 1 specialty restaurant, which wasn't any better. The ship was beautiful, but the rooms were extremely tiny. We purchased an excursion out of Stirrup Cay. The wave runner adventure should have been 90 minutes, yet we rode for 35 minutes. The shows, casino and the overall elegant feel were the best part of the ship. Unfortunately, not enough to make me use Norwegian again. Read Less

They never offered to get drinks or see how you were doing in buffet areas. The freestyle dining was not nearly as good as on other cruise lines. The menu was very limited and the service was lacking. Our stateroom was never made up until at lease 2pm. We had the drink package and rarely saw a person to get drinks. Usually had to go to bar to get ourselves. They charged extra for everything. Gym amenities were non existent. This was our 11th cruise and first on Norwegian which we will never go on again. There was limited seating at all shows, you had to book ahead of time to even get in to see a show. Thee were not nearly enough crew to service the guests. Read Less

We have cruised many times on several differ lines and are very open minded and not complainers at all . After cruising on the Royal Caribbean Oasis of the seas last year we wanted to book another large ship as we had a great time so we dooked 4 state rooms on the epic and took our entire family on what we thought was going to be a fantastic trip , big mistake . We did see several reviews about the bathrooms on the Epic and it is what it is, not the greatest setup ( kinda crazy ) but it's workable . The rooms are much smaller and there is not much storage space but there again workable . The problem is this ship is very crowded and the staff seems to be overworked and tired . The service was terrible , when you could get any service . The wait staff around the pool or bars seemed to be nonexistent. The dining room staff were to busy to attend to each of their tables and the food took along time to get to you and sometimes was cold or you didn't get what you ordered . I will say we did have specialty dining and the French and Brizillan restaurants were the only ones that the service was great but you did feel rushed a little . During our visit to the private island we rented a cabana , you had to walk a long way, which we are capable of but having an elberly person with us ( reason for a cabana) they had a lot of trouble with the long walk . We received our food at noon and one round of drinks we didn't see our waiter again , until 2:30 and they said the bar was closed no drinks or food . The last tender to the ship wasn't until 5pm why would you shut everything down two hours early ?? The venues on the ship were so crowded you couldnt get in unless you went an hour early and waited even if you booked a show you had to show up early and get in line . Terribley slow elevators and crowded, crowded, crowded. Embarkation and disembarkation took hours . If you want a great cruise on a large ship spend your money on the Royal Caribbean OASIS OF THE SEAS Not the Norwegian epic ! We will never cruise on a Norwegian ship again a waste of money !!! Embarkation for a wheel chaired person was a joke. There were none at the curb, and an elevator ride and a long walk to the check in area was the only way to begin the journey. With an excuse that they were "short of wheel chairs that day" we were entered on a list of names whereby we had to compete with those who walked up and grabbed on to the first available person with no regard for the people waiting for their turn. NO ONE from Norwegian made an effort to co-ordinate this. Much too busy looking past you and making excuses. We entered the ship on deck 7 with and waited 45 minutes for an elevator to take you to the buffet on 15th deck as the room was not ready. Finally get some food and half way through comes the announcement to go to our muster stations. After the same elevator fiasco we arrive on the 6th deck at our assigned area. The person who was to record our attendance had left the area before the instruction started so we spent the next 2 days being hounded to make our mandatory meeting. Finally get to the room and find out a mini suite had a bed, a settee that served as an uncomfortable seating area, as well as the only place to set a tray of food to eat from. Pitiful lay out and not enough room for 2 people to pass any where in the "suite". The lay out was done to maximize efficient lay out with no regard to comfort or entertaining guests. We had a family group of 6 cabins and were not able to gather in the cabins and share a drink as there is no place to set the drinks or the people. Worst layout I have ever seen. This ship was understaffed and under supplied. Room steward had no coffee to leave the 2nd day as they "hadn't received any yet". Couldn't get wash cloths replaced when the room was made up because they didn't have any until late in the day??? Most of the staff encountered were not overly friendly or informed, and understaffed at all points where service was required. The WiFi on board did not function properly. Not one single malt scotch was included in the drink package. All available at an up-charge of course. If you have not cruised before and have no expectations you may enjoy. But for me, No more Norwegians. Read Less

Very disorganized for embarkation, all new staff. We prepaid for soda package for kids and when we arrived was told not on reservation, presented receipt but that didn't matter had to pay again. Staff was rude and arrogant, elevators out of service the whole trip making getting around more difficult and time consuming. Food at buffet was good but barely luke warm. The boat ran out of chocolate milk by Wednesday, whole milk by Thursday. They also ran out of plain olives by Friday so my wife was unable to get a dirty martini at the pool bar. The bar tender at the pool bar said they not only were out of olives, but Crown Royal, Honey Jack Daniels ( but they had a drink special that day that called for Honey Jack). This trip was supposed to be a relaxing trip after i had heart surgery, for my family. I wanted to spend time with wife and kids, not knowing how many more trips i will be able to take due to my heart condition. I hope to have many more vacations but we don't know. We spent more time on Saturday and Sunday in Guest relations and arguing about reservation then enjoying the trip. By Tuesday we finally started to relax but the stress and aggravation of the first few days weighed on us and could not really enjoy like we wanted. Also for a ship that was just redone in 2015, still needed changes the wash basin should not have been in the living area, it should have been separated with the toilet and shower. Read Less

Customer service was completely non-existent. Crew did not interact at all with guests and would just assume run you over with their cart than say hi. First time I have ever not paid the gratuities on any ship. Heard several experienced NCL guests say the other ships actually had customer service and for some reason the Epic was simply horrible. Took a group of 44 and I think each one had difficulty with crew on several occasions. Stay away!!! Tender ports are a 3-4 hour wait,,,its like no one on the ship has ever sailed before. Customer services idea is to tell you that you have to take care of it when you return. Freestyle is not so freestyle, you have to have reservations for everything, including shows, but not for Buffet!! Reservations fill up before you even leave port from what I was told by the reservation person. There are cancellations, but you have to go wait around the restaurant to see when and if you can get in - but don't hold out hope,,,even if there is a lot of open tables, they will most likely tell you "sorry, but we don't have any openings". Honestly, this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced on any cruise. There is a systemic problem with this ship and I would recommend staying away until they fix it. On a good note, the itinerary was AWESOME! Read Less

We have been on many cruises (Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Radisson) and this was by far the worst cruise experience we have ever had. It took us over 3 1/2 hours standing in lines just to get on the ship. The ship was supposed to leave at 2 but never left until after 4:30. The service by the wait staff in the dining rooms was non existent by all but one of the servers we had. I had meals that were so bad that I could not eat them and the server never asked if they could get something else. It was also disappointing that all of the pools on the ship were not fully functional. Getting off of the ship was another nightmare with thousands of people rushing to the deck to disembark at the same time. The lines were from one end of the ship to the other with no organization by the ship's staff. We almost missed out flight because the staff did nothing to organize or control the people. I would encourage people to not sail on the Norwegian Epic as this cruise was a total disaster. Read Less

We have been cruising for over 10 years and are Silver Lattitude members on Norwegian. This was our first experience on the Spirit and we were very disappointed. Getting on-board was easygoing no waiting and very quick check in. The boat itself is older and shows it's age. There are places where the carpet is worn bare, rust visible here and there, and a general worn appearance, but they do keep it clean. We decided that since this cruise was 7 days with 2 full days at sea that we would upgrade to a balcony. That was a mistake. The room was not impressive, the bed was hard as a brick, the balcony was so dirty I wouldn't go out there until the porter addressed it, the bathroom tile was cracked and stained, but the worst thing was the sewer smell. The bathroom stank and sometimes the smell seeped out under the door into the room. I spoke to the porter, I called housekeeping, but no one was able to do anything to fix the problem. At first they sent people in to fix it, but after 2 days they would just come in and spray a deodorant whenever I called. The day we came back to find the carpet wet and had to call them about that. We were lucky, the people across the hall had a full on flood. Not sure where they moved them, but they had to pull everything out of that room and had fans blowing the wet smell all over. Rough seas made thing even worst because the lack of rest rooms in the public areas meant folks were throwing up all over before they finally put some bags out. Plus we had to skip a port so we were at sea an extra day with all the nasty smells. After all that they comped us $100 towards our bill. Not even per person. Never sailing Norwegian again. Read Less

This was our first cruise and we were very excited to finally go on one. We embarked and thats where the excitement ended. We were charged a daily service charge, but never received any service. It was very disappointing to sit at the Raffles restaurant and never get any acknowledgement from any of the staff. I had to walk outside and stand in the bar line just to get a Pepsi that i am paying for with the drink package. The ship only has one pool for adults, and is crammed all the time. When we arrived in Ocho Rios, we were docked at what looked like some type of commercial abandoned mill. we had to pay 20 bucks just to get onto a shuttle to go to town which was 2 miles away. there was another NCL ship at the main dock, but they didnt have to pay any shuttle charges do to the fact they could just walk into town. No discounts, no refunds, no service! The guest service desk employees had no personality, and didnt smile and greet anyone. It seemed to me that if you had an issue, you were bugging them. We are very disappointed in our cruise experience. Food quality, service, smell of sewer, lack of customer service, and they way you are treated are the reasons we will not book on NCL again. Don't know where to even begin, let me start by saying this was my second time on the Spirit. Our first experience was excellent, we had no reservations about going again and were excited to experience it for a second time. Boy were we in for a big surprise! It all started when we had to report on deck after boarding for the muster, I seriously can't count on both hands how many times they shuffled us and the couple with us around the deck! It was extremely unorganized and multiple people kept telling us to move here then someone would come along and push us back to another side then another person will come and put us back where the last person just moved us from and so on and so forth it became a huge joke amongst everybody that was in the group watching what was going on. I think most of us passengers knew more what was going on than the crew at that point. After the drill we headed directly to the bar on deck behind raffles. We were the first to arrive and sit at the bar and still could not get bar service! The bartenders looked very frazzled before people even started showing up, it took forever to get a drink even when I was sitting in the middle of the bar and told both bartenders several times I needed a drink when they were done and they just kept running circles around each other. There was no personal interaction with either bartender and as many times as I tried to get their attention so they knew I needed a drink, other people were having to order for me because I couldn't get waited on. The first thing I do when I get on ship is look for my own bartenders someone who will take care of me and will have fun on the job. Aside from pre paying my gratuities I had a $50 bill in my pocket waiting to find the right bartender and neither was worthy of even a dollar! It never did get any better over the course of the week, I can't believe there was not even any poolside bar service I have never seen anything like it in my life. The food was absolutely horrible, no matter what area, what time or what day we went. Based on our last experience on the Spirit, we were looking very forward to the fabulous food and service that came with it, what a huge disappointment. The buffet did not have the best of selections like last time, the food was cold, forget about getting cooked to order eggs in the morning unless you wanted to wait 40 minutes. We are not picky eaters either and we felt we couldn't even get a decent meal in the main dining areas. We did have good service one evening in the Garden and that was it, the rest was mediocre at best and one night in the Garden we got the worst food and worst service we've ever received in our lives! The server was borderline rude and very disinterested in being there and taking care of us. She was more concerned with what was going on around her and the rest of the dining room, which resulted in her not even taking our drink orders until we asked, after our food came in which every single order she had screwed up because she wasn't paying attention, then screwed up our drink order and then never came back again. Staff in general amongst the ship didn't seem to know much about what was going on nor have an understanding for anything you ask them. The tendering was absolutely horrible and very disorganized. My husband went to go get a ticket poolside at 6:30 a.m. to get off the ship. We did not have an excursion planned and when he got there the guy told him he was the first one to receive a ticket to get off the ship. However when it came time to tender to the island, it took almost 3 hours. We lost almost half of our time on the island because nobody knew what they were doing while trying to get us off the ship. Forget trying to get a good cup of coffee anywhere on the ship it was like mud from the buffet to the main restaurants to the Blue Lagoon. The cabin coffee was the best bet and was still just ok, however it was an inconvenience to get your dessert to go and have to go back to the room to make your own coffee. One night we went back and had no water when trying to fill our coffee pot. I called the front desk to let them know there was no running water in our room and she told me that there was an emergency and they had to shut the water off and hopefully they would have it fixed soon. Hearing there was an emergency when I'm in the middle of the ocean is not what I wanted to hear she could have said there was a plumbing issue or something... Not tell me there was an emergency! When we finally got running water again about an hour later, nasty, smelly black sludge kept filling our toilet. I think about every public bathroom throughout the ship that I went into had out of order signs and them and as the week progressed more and more restrooms were out of order! We went to the pool party at night and no one was there except a handful of staff and a couple of passengers. We were excited to party the night away and forget about the first half of the week and even that was a dud. We lost and went to the galaxy, and had a drink or two and thought when we went back to the pool it should be hopping by then... what a joke when we went back out a little later no one was there. Unlike our last booking on this ship, the bars were closed around the pool and there was no food being served, it is no wonder how do you have a pool party with no food or drink? The white hot party was a bust due to the weather they have since moved it out on the pool deck instead of inside the galaxy of stars. Why they moved it outside is beyond me they sell a crap load of t-shirts get their money and then have nothing going on due to inclement weather. All they want is money money money and give nothing in return. Very disappointed to see that they are now charging for room service also. We waited all week in anticipation for the big midnight chocolate buffet, that never happened! The only positive thing I have to say about the cruise was our room stewardess, she was very sweet and attentive and always had our room tended too, restocked, freshened up and a fresh towel animal waiting on our bed for us every evening. I was happy to give her everyone else's tips! :-) So disappointed in this ship on so many levels, I could go on and on but I wont. It really does not take much to satisfy or make us happy but I feel after all the money that was spent on this cruise, it was a huge disappointment and you couldn't pay me enough to go on it again! Everyone we talked to on the ship seemed to feel the same, way to go NCL! We set extra aside to put a deposit down on our next cruise while on board, you know that didn't happen!!! I know other cruise lines that would be more than happy to take our money and give us a great vacation. Please, if you choose to sail Norwegian do not go on the Spirit! Read Less

This ship has the least amount to do compared to other cruise lines. The food at the buffet is absolutely horrible. There are so many things they charge extra for it makes it very hard to afford. We had only a few hours at two of the three stops because they couldn't manage to usher the passengers to the shore in a timely manner. The rooms are tiny, service is somewhat friendly but nothing on this ship lives up to the expectations. I've been on carnival and Princess cruises and they far out perform this pitiful ship. Please do your research before getting on board. It' main restaurant, Windows, is right above the engine room and ridiculously loud. This ship is not impressive. Read Less
