I'm not sure of the letter category of my inside cabin. It was very nice though rust was appearing in a few places in the bathroom. The bed was super comfy and the steward brought everything that I requested very promptly. I also loved having a choice of 1,000 complimentary DVD's to watch on my cabin television as I have a disability that confines me to my bed sometimes.

Cabin 2700
Zaandam cabin 2700. Dirty, scruffy and designed for a wheelchair user. Does not have the facilities of normal cabins with a seating area, coffee table, reading lamp. The bathroom is effectively a walk in wet room but it is dirty and badly in need of renovation. High level toilet. Alarm buttons are a nuisance, when sitting on the bed to read or attempting to put the light on the alarm get pressed following by a telephone call from the front desk to check whether it is a genuine call for help. Everything is low level and awkward for an able bodied person to use.

Cabin 3416
We were very satisfied with our cabin. It should be noted that cabins located in the vicinity of the aft area of the ship will no doubt experience hearing and feeling the vibrations caused by the side thrusters when the ship is arriving or leaving the docks.

Our steward was FANTASTIC! Yu was always kind and helpful! I needed room cleaned of all down because of allergies. It was done very quickly. My son was seasick and wanted chocolate milk. Yu personally got some and brought it to my son.
bedding and towels were nice and looked new. Carpet and tile needs an upgrade.
