Great family holiday

Review for a Australia & New Zealand Cruise on Voyager of the Seas

This was our first cruise and I travelled with my husband and 3 kids, 10, 8, and 5. We didnt know what to expect and chose this cruise mainly because of all the onboard activities and the family stateroom layout, that suited our family perfectly. We had no expectations apart from making the most of everything the ship had to offer. We went into the holiday wanting the ship experience and not ...

My oldest son and I was sick for the first two days , but after that I had the best time . The staff and crew were amazing. Service was second to none. My kids had a ball. There were a few small things like on Easter Sunday, the ship didn't leave eggs at the door for the kids. I stayed at a resort in Fiji and they had eggs for the kids . I would have paid extra for it. I had eggs packed but my ...

We have been on the Voyager multiple times and love the ship and amenities. Sadly it seemed as if she has gone down in service. No lobster night was an unpleasant surprise. We only ate in the dining room once as the food was not any better than the Windjammer and the Windjammer took half the time and we didn't have to make a reservation, we were on My Time dinning which turned out to be not so ...

As this was our very first cruise I really had no idea what I was booking. After speaking to friends, who highly recommended RCI, we chose a cruise to the Islands of Fiji, New Caledonia and Vanuatu on the Voyager of the Seas. We couldn't have been more impressed by the speedy check-in (Junior Suite got us into the quick line), the lovely staff we spoke to at the dock who were all very ...

Voyager of the seas - 11 night South Pacific cruise Overall experience : Very disappointing We paid a premium for an Owners suite on deck 10, and while the suite was large and very comfortable the downside is that it's directly below the pool area where the deck chairs are scraped around at all hours of the night and day, and the noise is quite intrusive. To make matters worse on two ...

Booked on a cruise and then they sold the ship. This one was one of four offered. Even in a Grand, Suite, items like a 15cent biro and note paper have gone; also chocolate on the pillow at night. 95% of guests on board were Australian, but the food is still based on American tastes. In the dining room ,the quality overall has dropped. RCI appear to have turned their Chefs into ...

Friendly, attentitive crew who always welcomed you with a smile and courteous greeting. Fabulous food everywhere, but Windjammers had the best buffet selection I have ever seen and changed every day. The main dining room also had a great menu. Housekeeping was immaculate, with Towell animals made up to welcome us back to our room every day. Always something to do from sun up to late into the ...

We sailed to the South Pacific on the Voyager of The Seas. It was our first cruise with RCI and were not sure what to expect but we thoroughly enjoyed the cruise and VOS. I think the ship was close to full capacity with a wide variety of ages and nationalities onboard. There were many families on the cruise and except for a couple of children running through the Windjammer and around the pool ...

I Love the Voyager but pricing itself out of the market

I have been on Voyager before and I really do like the big ships. The ports of call are not very exciting, but if you have not been there before they are worth a look. Noumea - not sure why ships still dock here Lautoka - not very exciting, but I did not go on a tour, I just wondered around the city for about an hour. Isle of Pines - very pretty little island with beautiful beaches, ...

We needed a holiday and what better than to cruise with Royal Caribbean. We like the value for money that the line gives. The ice show was spectacular as was the stage shows and we enjoyed the shore excursions. The conceirge Pretty Shamu made us feel very welcome and looked after our every needs. The waiters in the diamond club were attentive and obliging and always ready with a smile. We were a ...
