Not the largest we have had on an RCCL ship but layout was quite serviceable. The one thing I missed was a fridge which we have had on most other ships. However we survived and had a most enjoyable time. Read entire member review >>
It's perfect for two people. My wife and I have stayed on these size cabins four of our six cruises and we know what to expect. We know what and how much to bring, so storage is not an issue. We aren't bothered by any outside noises or from above - my estimate is that we were stage left of the theater.
Being near the bow, you will notice a bit more movement and hear the crash of the ship on the water, but it's nothing to avoid.
Great cabin steward in Arthur. Read entire member review >>
The cabin was just large enough for two of us and we had plenty of space for all of our stuff. We over packed by a lot as it was our first cruise and we would rather have it and not wear it than to wish we had it and didn't. That being said, we were a little out of control with 4 suitcases for just the two of us but we still fit everything nicely in the stateroom closet and dressers with room leftover. Yes the bathroom is small but neither one of us had a problem with it. The plumbing worked well all the time. The toilet always flushed, the shower always had hot water and there were no weird smells. I wish that the window was cleaner to view out of but I am not sure how they could achieve that. You are at sea after all. Each day it was cleaned and the bed was made by Daniel our stateroom attendant and a cute towel animal was laid on the bed for us. The temperature control worked perfectly and we were always comfortable. Overall a 9.5 out of 10. Read entire member review >>
Cabin was surprisingly large with plenty of storage, I brought extra hangers but didn't need them. On suggestions from Cruise Critic, I brought an over the door shoe organizer which was very handy for odds and ends, brought plastic clothes pins and pinned to bottom of shower curtain to keep it from blowing out and getting water on floor, all good suggestions. The cabin we had on Deck 2 was perfect.
Roomy, fresh and clean, neat and airy.
The bathroom was ideal, shower was good, lots of storage.
Towels changed when required.
Bed was super comfy, and it was great to have the window when arriving at port.
Lots of storage for the suitcases in the wardrobes and under the bed.
I wouldnt go to a higher spec cabin again as this one was ideal Read entire member review >>
There were 4 of us in one room. I thought we might get in each other's way, but with the Pullman beds, the kids were able to hang out on their own beds. We kept our beds separate rather than putting them together to give us more room, which worked out fine. Read entire member review >>
Cabin was small with a window. The window is important to me. I've taken interior rooms in the past, but won't do that anymore at this stage of the game. Balcony is not that important to me, since balconies are small and I'd rather go up to the fifth floor deck if I really want to look at the ocean. I had no problems with the location of the cabin. My only "complaint" is really size of the shower. I am not a heavy guy, but even I had trouble moving around in that shower. I can imagine how uncomfortable it would be for somebody who's heavier.
