My in laws planned this trip a few years ago and we were so excited for the whole family to be together. We live all over the country and world (including Guatemala). We had the best time—everything was extremely organized, the staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and we didn’t have to think about anything except enjoying ourselves and making family memories! The excursions were amazing and ...

We enjoyed this entire cruise. The food was delicious. The crew was very friendly and accommodating. Our bed was very comfortable. We were on the second (middle) floor, and very thankful for that location. We appreciated looking directly out at the scenery from our balcony. After discussing with others, the one thing we learned toward the end of our voyage is that we could hear water pipes in our ...

We had wanted to try a river cruise after going on several ocean cruises. We were looking for the smaller, quieter crowd, no kids, more culture. We got that on Viking! From the moment we stepped on board the Sigyn, we were greeted warmly and had every need attended to. I got quite used to having our room serviced twice a day, a daily itinerary placed in our room each evening, and shore excursions ...

I chose this cruise mostly because of the date and location placement as part of monthlong tour of European countries. It turned out to be one of the best parts of my journey!! I met so many interesting people, and saw so many beautiful castles and towns! The service was excellent and every staff member was friendly. I will mention Bogdan, Christian, and Norman as really outstanding. The ...

Absolutely first rate cruise from start to finish. Terrific crew, great excursions, delicious meals - just a great experience. Perfect season to see the tulips in Holland at their very best. Best crew support we've ever had. Shore excursions really added to the whole experience. Great winery tour, dutch cheesemaking was delicious, cologne culture dinner and pub crawl is a must do, Marksburg ...

Viking is a first rate travel company. We booked this cruise with 7 other couples last year and had to cancel due to Covid issues using Vikings Free Cancel without penalty program. I loved our pre-excursion in Amsterdam. The Keukenhof Gardens and tulips were breathtaking. We visited the Anne Frank House, Van Gogh exhibit and took a canal boat ride. The Hotel was close to the museums and ...

Don’t believe the hype

Food was fair at best, Beer was served warm when I complained they brought ice. The night of the buffet was a free for all I gave up waiting after 40 minutes, went up later and it looked picked clean. Excursions were booked full by 6:15 am the day they opened I believe they keep them for higher end customers. Ship rafted at many ports this gave our balcony that we paid 2,000 for a view of ...

I had good friends invite me to take the cruise with them. There were six of us all together and our cruise could not have been better! The food was delicious, the crew was wonderful and our Program Director, Sue, made the cruise interesting and fun. She was indeed the best! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. There were many highlights and the excursions were enlightening and fascinating. We ...

An ocean cruise on a floating hotel with several thousand people held no appeal for me. A river cruise to historic cities appeal to me because of my interest in history, cultures, and current events. There was just so much to see and experience that it cannot be summed up on a few sentences. The cruise was exceptional. The entire crew, like Sue, Chester, Neni, Flavia, Haren, Mhark, ...
