How do I place an order?
To select an item, click the link under the item you want to place it in your shopping cart. To continue shopping, click the continue shopping button. When you are through selecting items, look over your order and make sure all the items and quantities are correct. Click checkout and complete the shopping and billing forms.

I got a warning that I was entering a secure site!
That's OK -- it is a feature of certain browsers that a warning appears before you enter a secure site. Click OK and continue with the order process.

I want to change my method of shipping.
Use your back button to go back to the previous page and change your shipping choice. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items you have purchased and the zip code where they are being shipped to.

If you prefer not to pay by credit card, we also accept payment by check or money order in US dollars. Go through the order process and choose check for method of payment. Complete the order process.

An order page will be generated with your order details, including shipping charges. Print out this page or copy down the order details. Write the order number on your check and mail to:

How can I check on the Status of my order?
If you are expecting an order and have not received it in the time frame you expected, you can lookup the status of your order, by using the following link. If you requested delivery by the U.S. Post Office, please allow 7-10 days for delivery within the United States.

Can I return my order?
Our goal is happy customers. Therefore, we accept returns, no matter what the reason, within thirty days from the time you receive your order. If you would like to return an item, please mail it back to:
