  • Cherry on Top is an onboard gift shop stocked with candy, Champagne, greeting cards and roses -- everything you need to celebrate that special occasion at sea.

  • The EA Sports Bar, on Deck 5, offers all the hot pretzels, big-screen TVs and beer of a sports bar, but with awesome memorabilia and videogame tournaments provided by EA Games.

  • The Warehouse is a wall-to-wall arcade featuring everything from Skee-Ball to the newest videogame, located near the nightclub on Deck 5.

  • The 70s Nightclub hosts late-night dancing and theme nights, which include 80s hits and Michael Jackson. It's located on Deck 5.

  • The Viennese Cafe is located on the Promenade Deck (Deck 5) and offers a range of a la carte specialty coffee drinks, desserts and Honest teas. There are two other locations that offer specialty coffee -- one at the bar in the main lobby on Deck 3 and the other in the restaurant on Deck 9.

  • The RedFrog Pub, on Deck 5, is a Caribbean-meets-Key West kind of bar, with Carnival's own beer on tap. There's foosball, darts and shuffleboard in the back, and trivia, karaoke and live music are also hosted here regularly.

  • The Alchemy Bar, on Deck 5, is Carnival's answer to the handcrafted cocktail trend emerging on land. Drinks are carefully made with premium ingredients and flaming garnishes, but will cost you about $10 each.

  • Camp Ocean, making its fleetwide debut on Freedom, replaces Camp Carnival as the line's onboard kids' program. With more than 200 ocean-themed activities, an element of learning and environmental awareness is snuck into daily age-appropriate events.

  • The Sharks' room (ages 9 to 11) is an example of Camp Ocean's age-specific play spaces. The Penguins is a gated area for ages 2 to 5, and the Stingrays have their own space for those aged 6 to 8.

  • Bookville is located next to Camp Ocean (on Deck 12) and is an all-ages reading space inspired by the literary legacy of Dr. Seuss.

  • Inside Bookville. The reading room and play space is part of the line's Seuss at Sea program, which includes a parade, interactive Story Time in the theater, and a themed Green Eggs and Ham character breakfast.

  • The Victoriana Theater (Decks 3 through 5) hosts bingo and nightly entertainment including Carnival's rotating PlayList Productions performances.

  • The Habana Bar, on Deck 4, is a large space with wraparound bar, lounge, dance floor and cigar tables. It's a tad smoky but quiet with plenty of comfortable seating.
