Overall Silversea remains a top quality luxury cruise product. Unfortunately, embarkation for this cruise was the most unprofessional fiasco EVER experienced with "any" cruise. We sailed with Silversea because we had heard it was a line where we would be "well cared for". The entire trip was extremely well organized with all the staff providing friendly, personable service.
