The Balcony Cabin was well appointed and look good. We were initially impressed.
The balcony itself had not been prepared prior to boarding and it was some days before it was cleaned and the furniture spread out for use.
On closer inspection we found old milk in our refrigerator. We had to chase after our water package before it was delivered to our cabin. The daily resupply of consumables was like pulling teeth. Locating our Steward was also a challenge and we ultimately left a written message for him as to our concerns.
Despite all this, we did enjoy the cruise and overall had a great time. We will be back. Read entire member review >>
Good and clean and had all things needed to make stay comfortable. Showers were great as well as beds comfy. Room attendant Piruit was very good and professional and always ready to assist. He understood how normal teenagers leave the room and it did not phase him a bit - very satisfied cruisers. Read entire member review >>
This is the rearmost port side cabin on deck 10. As a consequence it includes an extra triangle of deck space that gives a suite handrail width and allows a partial view of the wake. The cabin itself is fine albeit a bit small for a balcony cabin and the shower is a tight squeeze. Jeff or stateroom steward did a great job at making us feel at home and answer our stupid questions. I'd definitely pick it again if I couldn't get a balcony on deck 8.We had calm seas and the only movement seemed to be a pleasant motion I assumed was due to the propellers. No noise apart from low notes from the neighbours tv that was a tad too loud. Not enough to annoy and present in any cabin. Read entire member review >>
Convenient and quiet location, adequate balcony, self-serve laundry room on this deck, enough storage in the room and bathroom, nice bathroom amenities.
Bed a bit hard--asked for topper. Read entire member review >>
We were in a oceanview balcony:B259. Great location to the elevators/stairs, wonderful covering over our heads when out on the balcony. The room was small as we normally book a mini-suite, but we did ok for the week considering the great price we got at the last minute. I prefer the bathrooms of the mini-suites with the tub and shower; this category just has a shower.
Ample storage space for all our clothes and the luggage fits under the bed when empty. Read entire member review >>
