We found the cabin comfortable, not the most spacious we have had, however we didn't find any problems it was clean and had all the facilities we required.

Lovely spacious cabin. Space for cases under the bed and serviced very efficiently. Would have been nice to have had a fridge for the 2 bottles of wine we were allowed to bring onboard for cabin drinking and tea / coffee making facilities were missed but other than that fab!

Room was for three, the foam padding for the sofa bed is required for comfort. It was supplied immediately on request.

Cabin 725

More space available if you leave the main bed as two twins. 725 F Category Forward "A" Deck. Some unpleasant smells, including some faint smoky smells, do emanate from "B" Deck which is where some of the crew are housed, and where the gangplank is frequently used. The open stairwell entrance is located on the way to the elevators, so you cannot avoid walking by the opening. These faint smells cannot be detected in the cabin itself. Some deck plans showed a laundry room near our room -- that is NOT true. We liked the location -- no one uses that hallway except forward residents -- so we seldom heard talking in the hallway. Our cabin air conditioning was malfunctioning the first day, and was fixed on the third day. We also had a plumbing issue -- the water would not shut off in the tub. Again, maintenance fixed it within two days; however, they scratched the tub and left some crumb-type debris in the tub. We usually select a FF cabin in the aft -- which is close to the Dining Room. Our forward cabin was nice after shows or after a long walking day in port, we were back in our cabin in record time. I prefer forward cabins now.

Good cruise, but...... By: Ian Yule
Our cabin, being located astern, was a little bit noisy from the engine room. The cabin was otherwise comfortable. The bath was far too small, and it would probably have been better to have had a large shower. The television reception was far from satisfactory. The service from the stateroom stewards was excellent.

Cabin 720

Room 720, A deck. It was easy and convenient to get to. It was about 4 doors down after getting off the stairs or elevators. We never heard noises, except some talking in the hallways, but never late or early, just regular day times. Had an Ocean View and it was really nice to see the whales right out the window. But due to seeing whales almost everynight at dinner and inside room would be fine also. Lots of closet space with adjustable shelving. This was a nice touch, you could secure the shelf up and have a long hanging area or keep the shelf down for more shelf space. Very nice to have the choices. Bathroom was fine, but limited on counter space. Small shelf in front of mirror, but I am used to having shelves under the sink - this had none under the sink. The shower curtain and mat were stained with mildew stains, you could tell they had been cleaned and bleached as best as possible, but will be nice to have that replaced during dry dock. Typical cruise ship cabin. Small, but this one had more closet space, less shelving in bathroom and as is typical only one outlet. An old hairdryer in the bathroom, but I never used it and don't know how well it works.

Cabin 824

Good closet space. Bathroom storage is limited (no shelf under sink and no medicine cabinet in the corner). Conveniently located for rear stairs and elevators. No passengers across hall, but no complaints from crew noise in area. 824 is on Deck A (lowest passenger deck) which is helpful for those sensitive to high seas.

First Cruise By: price
Stateroom was much larger than we had expected with plenty of storage room for the bags under the bed, ample hanging and draw space, large bathroom and kept very clean. The bed was comfy, the shower good and having an uninterrupted view out the windows was a lovely bonus. Be aware that if you book an outside Stateroom on the Lower Promenade Deck, that there is a walkway that goes all the way around the ship, and you will have people walking past your window at all hours and in some cases sitting on the deck chairs outside your window. Great location on the ship. Not far to laundry, lifts etc. but very quiet.
